It was an excellent experience. But please do something for parking and quality of food that was substandard to say the least. The Doctors and Nursing staff were exceptional, friendly, sympathetic and considerate. I would like to specifically mention the name of Tusthi, who assisted me all the way in handling my insurance issues very efficiently, an exemplary conduct. Best wishes. Keep it up.

The doctor was good. But on all other aspects the services of the hospital are really poor. They will charge extra for medicines you haven't been given. I had to remain here for 6 hours for a 30 minute thing. The staff is extremely poor and unhelpful. They took 4 hours to send my correspondence to the insurance company. Till then I haven't been asked for any snacks or beverages. The overall experience has remained extremely stressful.

An experience to remember! My mother had to undergo a gall bladder removal surgery recently at the Fortic C-Doc hospital, the surgery was to be performed by Dr Hemant Kumar. I must admit hospitals are the most fearsome place but our experience at the hostipal was unique and homely. From the the time when my mother was admitted to the time she was discharged we just felt surrounded by people who held genuine care and warmth for the patients. I could never imagine the stay would be so comfortable and easy, Dr Hemanth in particualar is in all the way God sent, his conduct is so warm and friendly that even after been diagnosed with a medical problem you would feel upright fine thinking that you're in the right hands. Highly highly recommend him for all your Laproscopic surgeries. Afterwards the staff in totality was wonderful and special thanks to the Admin Head Mrs Jyoti, she has been phenominal in ensuring a smooth stay in the hospital. The best of the best I would take a bow down to the Hospital Chief Dr Anoop Mishra, a kind hearted man with all the heart to heal people with maximum care and empathy. I highly recommend the hospital for any and every medical concern.

Recently I visited the Eye Department of Fortis C- Doc Hospital at Nehru Place, Delhi. The doctor and medical staff are very efficient and caring. Especially Dr Deepa Ekbote is very good.

I had admitted for my knee treatment. Dr. Madhur Chadda, Tushti and hospital staff was extremely helpful during stay. It's a really good experience.

Good hospital. Courteous housekeeping and nursing staff. Excellent experience with the TPA Tushti Malik. Very pleased with the timely attention given and food was also very good.

Consulted Dr. Anoop Misra. Excellent doctor. Listened patiently to my diabatic problems and provided the necessary guidance with the required care to be taken

This Hospital is one of the most ridiculous and pathetic place to get your loved onces. They don't know how to process the *INSURANCE CLAIMS* and will talk about Legal things. Just to make money they not only did FORGE signatures of my mother but also harresed us with other number of things. Now they are blaming the TPA for all the faults, it has more than 26 hours we were prescribed discharge by the doctor but the kind the unprofessional behaviour they are showing is highly PATHETIC Also AJEET a guy who is responsible for TPA is is the person who IS SUPER RUDE AND PATHTIC.
