Ammona Ma'am is a professional and knowledgeable yoga instructor. Has expert knowledge of body movement, various tips & techniques to improve flexibility & her attention to detail make for a great instructor. She communicates so well and makes you feel very comfortable. At the end of every class you will feel a sense of relaxation and peace. I highly recommend her.

Best part of her is, she micro watches each and every student of her in session;very carefully, identifies mistake and quickly instructs on corrections.
I have been taking yoga lessons for last 1.5 month, After doing all exercises i feel very energetic and very much flexible. In 1 month I have achieved a inch loss and marching towards fitness as I progress ahead.

I am working with Fitmona from last few months and feeling really great. Mona covers wide variety of exercises including yoga which helps in building strength, and flexibility both. She understands issues with individuals body and suggest an alternative exercise rather than missing that exercise. I would really recommend ladies to join her classes and work on strength and flexibility in her supervision.
Ms. Gupta is very approachable and responsive. She takes the time to listen to you and guides you appropriately. I have noticed a lot of renewed energy and self discipline within me since I started attending her online sessions. She is constantly motivating and pushing us to do our best. Anmona is an amazing mentor, loved each n every session with her. She is one of the best you've instructors whose sessions are so lively as there is a mix of Zumba n Pilates followed by great relaxation and meditation tips and tricks.
