Very good but too expensive.. There are dedicated sections for cross fit training, cardio and strength training. The trainers are good and polite. It gets very crowded during morning and evening times. It contains good selection of machines for isolation workouts. The gym is air conditioned. The male restroom contains sauna and steam bath sections. The cardio comprises of treadmills, hiking machines and cycling. It also has a shop to purchase pre and post workout drinks which is never used.

Awesome place to workout if u seriously want to do that. Yearly one time package costs 13500 rs and thats quite well as it offers cardio, steam bath and heat room

The punching bag is not good anymore and needs to be changed but the staff told they would not change it.

One of the best gyms I have ever been to. The equipments are world class and trainers are quite helpful. Staffs are friendly and listen to you when you have any complaints/queries. They also have spa facility in which they offer Steam Bath and Sauna Bath. Totally perfect for all types of training, bodybuilding, and wellness. This place gives positive vibes and you feel motivated when you are here.

You have every equipment you need there, all the machines are available. That is why it is bit costly but believe me, if you want you to reach your goal, it is the perfect place with good couch and good machines. You have whole lot of benefits there with steam bath Sona bath.... Everything you need is only your effort to reach your goal. If you are not looking for price but just looking for the quality of the gym than it is the best place for you.

This is the single Gym available in the campus of Lovely Professional University which located in 15 block which is mall. The quality of the trainer's are good, they keep their eyes on the people who do exercises and advice people if someone is doing wrong. The services provided by the Gym are best at a reasonable cost. Even people can listen music there. One of the best gym in Jalandhar, I will say..

Great ambience and top of the line Cybex machines, very helpful staff. Very polite trainers with great knowledge regarding to fitness and over all body wellness. It was a bit overcrowded before but I talked to the Owner and they took my suggestion under advisement. They have now time slots so it's not too rushed at one time. Also they have ordered new machines to manage the crowd. Highly recommended. Also on my advice they are now introducing CrossFit soon. Also great SPA facilities

The Gym is located at the top of the UNI MALL at the University Campus of Lovely Professional University.It is a very fun and energetic place.Music is always on in best quality.All gym equipments are of best quality. You can also get personal trainers at 5 or 6 k per month.Although memebership fee is 10000 rupees for a lifetime after which you just have to pay monthly fees of around 800 rs.Apart from that they offer per year membership of 12 13 k on negotiating at different times.The gym is always filled with energetic youngsters both girls and boys.There are 5 Treadmills in the gym.Cycling and step equipment are also there.I mean every required equipment for cardio is there. Apart from that different modern machines and weights for different muscle groups are there which you will expect from a premium gym.On top of that Sauna bath and Spa is also there along with changing rooms, bathrooms and lockers .You get to utilize or rather enjoy every penny that you spend. Overall its a nice package in low price.You have to ask trainers to give you a diet plan otherwise they do not usually pay attention to normal subscribers they only attend their personal clients which is quite obvious as they pay the trainers.You also get some supplements and juices, milk, some energy bars and drinks at the gym shop nevertheless you have to pay for them.Have fun Be healthy join fitness edge if you are in LPU. I recommend lifetime membership if you are a fresher as it will cost less for 4 years.
