Had hair spa done today by Ms.Raji..Exceptional service especially the head massage .My head n hair both feel so refreshed and relaxed..Also got eyebrows done well by her.Not an exaggeration to say that Urapakkam T&G is the best in the area.Highly recommended.

I very well understand your tricky term...if u follow appointment your staff should tell us before u commit... don't make us wait.. hope u understand my concern correctly. Only one female staff to render service that day ... if that's the case when I walk in I should have been informed... Worst experience & Disappointed with the service yesterday... You should know the basic way to treat customers... I came @6.40pm for a hair wash and setting.. another female came @7pm... my service was interrupted and ur staff jumped to the other person for haircut & eyebrows.. to keep me engaged Raji (worst attitude and No professionalism) asked the male person to dry my hair he applied blow dry heat to my entire hair and simply doing some unnecessary stuff on my hair untill Raji completed her job with other customer... she again came and applied blow dry to my entire hair.. my service was completed only by8pm.. the other customer left by 7.20...My hair was not washed properly the conditioners are not washed properly and it's coming out as flakes.... if u are short of staff recruite more or if u go by appointment inform us prior.. don't play with customers... I'm regular customer here and cz of that u can't take us for granted ... I'll never ever visit the store again

I had hair spa, hair cut, eyebrows and pedicure done by them. The hair spa by Ms. Raji was AWESOMEEE!!! It was sooo relaxing and refreshing. My hair feels so soft and hydrated. The hair cut is veryyy pretty. She did exactly what I had asked for. She saved my bad self-done eyebrows and gave them a very good shape. The pedicure by Ms. Sangeetha was also veryyyy satisfying. My very dry feet feels sooo soft after the pedicure. The foot massage was exceptional. 10/10 recommend these guys

I would definitely recommend going here as I have visited Toni &Guy, Urapakkam multiple times for hair cut, hair colour and other services. The staff are very friendly, polite and provide good hospitality. Stylist Ali does a great job in terms of hair cuts and hair color if you give clear requirements and instructions. Can absolutely visit without doubt!

Disappointed. Not satisfied with the haircut. I was charged 1200 for a simple u cut and a fringe. It was hardly a 5 mins process. Nothing creative still 1200. Total rip-off. Is it wrong to expect some decent work for my hard earned 1200 rupees???
