I bought 2 dresses from Envy Me boutique and picked them up today after alterations. We tried both dresses but am disappointed they did not fit. When we purchased the dresses, we were assured that they would alter to fit our measurements. The navy blue dress's alterations was done only on one sleeve to 8 inches, the other sleeve was left at 7.5 inches; despite my daughter pointing out that one arm was tight and uncomfortable. When we took it to the tailor for re-alterations, he pointed out that there was a zip on that sleeve, and would require extensive work of over half an hour. For the yellow dress, we asked for the sleeves to be cut short, however I was shocked that one sleeve had patchwork attached, whilst the other sleeve didn't - almost like receiving it from an ordinary tailor down the street instead of a boutique. It was a disappointing and bitter experience from a respected boutique Envy Me claims to be. I could see the distinct change in attitude of the sales team after the sale was completed. In all honesty, for the hefty price paid for these dresses, the service from the staff of Envy Me was pathetic and disgraceful, would not recommend them!

Appalled at their way of dealing with customers. Not one in the store care about their customers. Sickening attitude of their staff, would never suggest at all.

My wife's favorite shop, she says they have nice designs. I visited and it's warm and energetic. The cost is on the high end. They don't have deals and no discount. They don't do exchange as most shops in India. Also I cannot take pictures of the shop. I took this sign. Try them .

I wish to rate them in negatives as one star is also not deserving to them. Envy Me is the best place to have a worst experience by zero hospitality. No sense in dealing with customer, they possess an attitude as if customer is asking for free product. As customer rights i would say they should soon rectify their attitude issues otherwise i feel down the line their name will not exist.

Their design could be nice but their cloth quality, customer service and both manager and owners attitude is bad. They do not care about customers. They can come down to calling their customers liar when nothing else is possible. Would never advice anyone to go here if they're on a budget, because they care about sales that are huge.

Went for a last minute purchase , having always been used to their online store - visiting in person was a really nice experience. Helpful staff , and dedicated people who agreed to get alterations done within an hour. Despite being loaded with work. 100 marks for the commitment and customer service.

So much of attitude the girl has within her. If this is how you treat your customers, I'm sorry to say envy me is not so far from going down. I'm sure your products are good, but customer satisfaction and hospitality is everything. People will remember how you made them feel. She makes faces, and treats in a very bad way. Even their staffs are like her. Next time when you visit this store, remember if you can put up and deal with her behaviour. Because I couldn't!!

Purchased a dress recently and the alteration they did was absurd . Spent around 300 for Dunzo and they have altered my hands instead.
