Very beautiful location development of residence bangalow,3/4 bhk flats.

This is very nice place , clean air , away from pune , 24 hours water supply and no traffic issues as far now , town is developing right now but in future it may grow , they are launching lots of new tower and some are in development phase 3 tower are developed and people staying there right now , as far as hospital, school and collage concern everything is available at near by , bus stop is also available but you have to take 10 mins walk from the main paud road to reach out to this place , it's nice experience to take wall or drive from lakeside view , if you have car or bike that will be better as I said this is developing area and hard to get auto or cab , you will find ola or uber to reach out to this place but to come back into main city again not sure you will get cab . Yet developing but as far as future concern best and planed city .

BEWARE ! LOSS OF YOUR HARD MONEY AND YOUR MENTAL HEALTH, PEACE . Lot of problems with Builder and some of society committee . Think 1000 times before you buy. Builder never listen anything regarding any of complaints raised by residents is not giving amenities as per agreement like club House, swimming pool,Nana Nani park, etc till date for which he taken huge money from residents and will not be possible getting this aminities even after the death also . Whichever aminities are given they are totally null and void also not sufficient as per the strength of residents. In some of society management committee No AGM and formation of new committee taken place since 2019 , No Share certificates are given ,No audit conducted till date and whenever if someone asks for share certificate or anything top management committee denied completely and shows their Non-conformity and using bad and unparliamentary cheap language towards whoever is asking for share certificate, audit, society fund position, etc.and abuses towards whoever asks for Share certificates or anything and some of the useless flatter residents supports such unlawful acts and such deaf and blind residents with no sense are blindly supporting wrong person and his worng practices without knowing realities. No accountibility and any information given to anybody regarding Corpus fund and No federal society committee is deployed in society so far. All the basement parking dripping badly since possession which damage your expensive car's. Here is also the nusence of street dogs and cats which will come upto your doorstep no restriction and no deterrence on such activities ,No proper placement of doors and grills are there but only show-off of the things by risponsible authorities whichever gates,doors and grills are placed that is ineffective and useless which doesn't solve security and safety purpose of the society. There is no discipline, no culture and no systems implemented in society. No Safety and Security. Disrespect, arrogancy and rudely behaviour towards elders and senior respected citizens.

Low quality construction having water leakages and plumbing problems.don't buy

The place is all clean and well maintained. Me &my partner visited here for Skyi head office which is behind the PWC for signing the society formation agreement.

Please dont trust this builder. I have bought a home in Skyi star town which was promised to be delivered in Aug 21. Still did not get possession. They keep on extending RERA date. Try to save yourself from harassments. They dont even allow you to have a look of home until its complete. As of now I dont know what is internal progress. Its like you pay and forget that you have even bought a house.

Very unprofessional behaviour from crm team. Once you booked flat, They will not respond to your call, message, mail. Construction quality, place, planning looks good. Management should think of such a hopeless crm team behaviour.

Very unprofessional behaviour & worst experience from crm team with customers . They will not respond to your call, message, mails & what's up. They are not given any clarification about late delay charges to customers during possession time . They want only money from customers....
