Have to be in time (730 to 8 am) and take online appointments via AIIMS ORG online OPD system or Walkin, Separate Queue are there for Online walking before Opening of registration outside Reception center. Counter no 9 and 10 are for online appointments patients rest are for Walk-in patients. Have to take Token before as per Security boys over DRIEFCASE APP ON PLAYSTORE by Downloading , filling required details and making ID and Taking token by Scanning QR code as in Pic..

Very rude behaviour of security guards and other staff. Doctors are good and give time to patients. Building is clean however process takes whole day even work not done in whole day. As we know AIIMS Delhi is prestigious institution for some difficulties which are not treated elsewhere in country so it's good. Overall good experience as it's not easy task to handle huge numbers of patients daily.

No separate queue even after taking the online appointment. Both appointment taken and non appointment patients are in same queue. Only two registrations counter were open for thousands of patients. Unnecessary wastage of time. Very crowded. No social distancing maintained in OPD during this Carona time. Administration must take strong action.

Worst eye checkup in whole india . If you are going for normal eyesight and headache related problems Then please avoid visiting here You will see the worst management and junior doctors who dont know anything Honest review dated 11-08-2023 You will go at 8 in the morning and first go in a queue of opd card then in a line for doctor then in a line for eyedrop then in a line of lens checkup then you eill get date of 2 months later There will be no result or outcome of your visit Please avoid visiting here until very serious casualty There is no staff in the hospital only security guards are there and they will shout and send you here and there on their own will Govt should take a look in better management of so called most prestigious hospital of country

One of the best hospital in India I must say. It's perfect in everything about cleanliness it's one of the cleanest government hospital in India. I think every government hospital should take an example of neatness and cleanliness. Thanks Dr S K Khokar and his Assistants for the love and support towards my son.

They don't hve any manner to talk to their patients. All Staff behavior including doctors specially {female doctor} behavior is very bad except some doctors . There is no option to give zero star therefore i gives one star.Otherwise it's not even worth it. Security guards treat humans like dogs. Terrible experience in this hospital. The doctors (many) are very rude and unfriendly and unhelpful. I will not recommend this hospital to anyone. The number of staff here is less. If one is not able to get treatment in another hospital then it is better to die as a dignified person. But eye treatment is good.

If you have good contacts with lady security in room 38A then only you can get proper treatment. I am coming here for second time but had a bad experience in eye care centre back again. The lady security brought her known 10 to 12 members and made entry in between the queue also messed up with people around saying rubbish wherein every other member standing in queue are following the protocol. Wow is this a management???
