Its a place for those who are interested in genuine gymming. Sincere lot of instructors with no frills. Focus is purely on exercises as it should be. I have been part of it since last 1.5 yrs and am totally impressed with the conduct of instructors and upkeep of gym. Sunny is my instructor who regularly participates in Mr Delhi competitions. He is an outstanding instructor with plethora of knowledge about body shaping and diet. I am blessed to be getting trained under him. A Strongly recommended gym as also the instructor for all sincere gym enthusiasts. Thanks

Gym is ok but they constantly create pressure to have personal trainer.. It is not right... If u don't opt for PT. Then there attitude totally changes.. It's not right.... Guidance should be there in gym
I have never experienced such a amazing Gym before.Even all machines are working smoothly and totally effective for target muscles.

The gym is dissimilar from the other gym as they have excellent atmosphere and very skilful staff . All the features that u look for your ideal gym can be achieved here. I have personally noticed that all the equipment used in the gym are branded and the feeling of doing workout here is astonishing. The girl at the reception is very soft spoken , has a very friendly attitude and outstanding communication skills.
