In a good place. But it's just a bar type hotel for drinkers. Not fit for family stay

The manager is the worst man I have ever seen. He does not follows the rules laid by OYO and hotel is also not good very untidy and rooms are very small and its way too much expensive. Book this hotel at your own risk.

Pathetic rooms and interior. Cockroaches were running everywhere in the room and bathroom. Reception staff was so greedy and nonsense. He started asking extra money for my oyo booking , and denied to give check in in night. When I called police, then only he given me stay and that to be not in booked one.

I booked room in Oyo . 2 rooms for 6 members. They charged extra 1000 for check-in. Payment was done while booking and hotel management said to cancel the room if we doesn't pay 1000 extra , rude behaviour with customer , worst experience ever Didn't provide us extra bed also no wifi, there is tv just for show purpose. Worst lodge ever

As usual good I paid 1200 before but due to gst increase in Puducherry they increase rate 1500 but they gave toiletries good condition room clean one and bathroom with heater good parking lift facility rooftop bar but no disturbance to family peoples

I went for the first time. We paid before reaching, but after reaching they told no room available. We wait for 20 minutes after that we got room. They taking more price than the printed price for water bottle. You will find wifi network with no-internet. Our room contend with AC, but will not make your room ( though it happened for our room only).

one of the worst and horrible experience. Though prior booked for room and advance paid partly, then also not gotten room after reaching there. Afterwards, room taken at another hotel with more money. Till date didn't gate refund my money, what I had given as a advance. Request you to refund my money back immediately.

Spent 2 days with family in this hotel. Good points - 1. Friendly staffs. 2. Was offered additional beds when asked for without any fuss. Not so good points- 1. Very highly priced - we paid $8200 for 2 nights stay here. Not worth the price. 2. Never got hot water in the bathroom for 2 full days. staffs arranged for a bucket everytime we asked for it. With Kids it was difficult to manage without hot water and it delayed our plans too. 3. Parking (i think this is universal in entire pondy) 4. Breakfast hall was very dingy and smelly. few of the items were cold, have to wait for min 15 mins to get the (complimentary) breakfast - it will be always - 1 idli, 1 dosa, 1 vada (+1 poori on certain days)....need to wait for more time if we need second helping!!!. But the staffs are courteous and don't argue with us. They will always say they will get our requests done, even if they cant !!! 5. No ventilation/aeration in the room, it was smelling of cigar/cigarette (may be from earlier occupants). the windows cannot be opened too 6. there are certain things which definitely need improvement - (a) dustbin was very dirty from outside - needs to be cleaned (b) the curtains can be occasionally washed, they were dirty (c) 2 plug points were not working (d)mattresses can be cleaned (e)there were no place to hang the dresses in the room, hooks/hangers hangers must be provided (outside the cup board pls) (f) the basement was very dirty with lots of dirty water spilled around.. They need to definitely pay a lot of attention to cleanliness... With the friendly and courteous owner and staffs, i hope they improve soon!!
