Recently started classes for a kid under 10 yrs for Kalari. The coach was very helpful in making us understand the things and food to be consumed.

Rajasekhar master is one of the most talented person in understanding one's need and his dedication and commitment is always above expectations. I happened to meet master with many underlying health issues like arthritis, but after I joined and got trained by him for therapy yoga, I don't have any pain and the best thing is my health has improved a lot. Now I am able to do many physical activities which I felt quite difficult before joining Balance 3 yoga.
