The property is beautiful with a chique look. The interiors are a urban and upbeat with colours that are palatable to the eyes and we'll coordinated. The service is impeccable and the in-house dining is worth its money not to mention it's tantalizing to the taste buds. And the restaurant "The Hunger Bay" is simply superb. The arrangements made by the hotel for travel are value for money and we'll managed. All in all it's an experience which you should not miss whenever you visit Puducherry which I strongly recommend.

Staff greets you with warm welcome everytime you enter which is sweet. Rooms: We stayed in platinum room which had balcony attached. Rooms are spacious, clean, have cupboard and full length mirror. Washroom is good with all required toiletries. Breakfast: South Indian breakfast like dosa,sheera, upma, idli, Vada with one North Indian option like poori bhaji, chole bhature, and omlette can be ordered. Location: in overall pondicherry you will feel sewage smell due to lack of drainage system but this is exception. The location is classy and nearby to all the places you would want to visit in pondicherry. Service and order in food : We had ordered Schezwan noodles which costed 200rs and quantity of the same was sufficient. The taste however was okay as there was black pepper spice supremacy in it. Overall a big thumps up. Go for it!!

I had been to the hangover cafe. Extremely hungry as I was they brought in food very quick and it was delicious. We tried the salad, pizza, pasta and soup everything was what we wanted. I truly enjoyed it. The cost is very affordable it is not very expensive. Ambience is super calm. I thoroughly relished the food.

Loved everything about the hotel. Mr Ziauddin was especially helpful. The rooms were clean and neat. We loved the food in 'The Hunger Bay' as well. The location is also fantastic. The even help arrange an auto for us late night. Overall, I would definitely recommend a stay here!

I had a good experience staying at this hotel with my family. We booked 2 gold rooms (smallest room i think) for 2 days. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodated all our requests. Rooms were medium sized but the bathrooms were a little narrow. However the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. There was a tiny balcony attached to the rooms as well. The view from the balcony was just the rooftops of nearby buildings. The hotel is located very near to White Town and we walked to most parts of White Town from there, including Promenade beach, Aurobindo Ashram, Museum and Bharati park. The breakfast from the ground floor restaurant was delicious even though there were only limited options (we saw only South Indian options).

Perfect staff, spacious very clean rooms, everything is within easy reach. Nice rooftop with a bar. Only thing to improve is breakfast. There should be more and more delicious selection, plus breakfast starts at 8am which is a bit late.

Excellent property. Very conveniently situated at the heart of city. All the main places are located nearby. Architecture is really beautiful. All the rooms are well maintained. Cleanliness is spot on. Breakfast spread they provide is delicious, though some more items can be added to the spread. Frontdesk staff is really helpful, pleasant and efficient. All others room service staff, restaurant staff are cooperative. Hospitality is amazing. One can have a really good stay at De Fleur Hotel when in Pondicherry.
