I am blessed with baby boy under guidance of Dr Meeta Chawhan. I would like to take this time to say thank you for everything that you have done for my wife and the baby. I really appreciate all your concern, support and the willingness to help me while my wife was pregnant. And also the cloudnine staff is very very professional, caring and supportive. Thank you for delivering us all safely! Overall great experience with cloud nine and specially with Dr Meeta mam.

Running pure business including the doctors I recently had a mixed experience at Cloud9 Hospital, where my pregnancy journey was smooth, but a subsequent consultation left much to be desired. My recent consultation was marred by a frustrating wait period of 2.5 hours with a newborn kid, despite having a prior booking. What exacerbated the situation was the observation that other non-emergency patients were allowed in before me, even when it was my turn. Upon finally entering, the doctor's response was disheartening. She seemed disinterested and unwilling to listen to my concerns, bluntly stating that she couldn't help and pushing my file toward me. Her remark, "I did not do your delivery, ask your gynecologist," was unhelpful and lacked empathy. I understand that the doctor may not have been involved in my delivery, but I expected a more compassionate and patient-centric approach to my concerns. It was perplexing to learn that Cloud9 Hospital suggested going back to my native place for a diagnosis and implied that only one specific doctor could treat me. I find myself questioning whether Cloud9 accepts patients post-delivery, as the response I received seemed to indicate limited willingness to address my concerns beyond the scope of the specific doctor who handled my delivery. On a lighter note, it was surprising to discover that the hospital only provides maternity pads and lacks regular pads, which may be inconvenient for some patients. In conclusion, while Cloud9 Hospital provided a positive experience during my pregnancy, the recent consultation raised concerns about the overall patient care. It is my hope that they take steps to address these issues for the benefit of their patients in the future.

Writings on behalf of my Wife I had been trying to conceive for 4-5 years, facing disappointment with each negative result on the pregnancy kit. My husband and I even overlooked the double line on the kit. It was my sister-in-law who recommended consulting Dr. Manju Nair Ma'am at CloudNine Murgeshpalya. Miraculously, after following her guidance, for the first time, we saw a double line on the pregnancy kit at 4 AM. Overwhelmed with joy, we transitioned to the care of Dr. Meeta Chauhan Ma'am at Cloudnine Whitefield. Both Dr. Manju Ma'am and Dr. Meeta Ma'am became our pillars of strength during the pregnancy, especially given my thyroid issues. Despite the challenges, their unwavering support, combined with the incredible environment at Cloudnine, made our pregnancy journey truly exceptional. The staff, notably Suganya Ma'am, were helpful and friendly, taking care of every detail. The highlights at Cloudnine Whitefield included Dr. Meeta's Ma'am calm and dedicated guidance, spacious and well-maintained rooms, attentive nurses, delicious and hygienic food, and a comprehensive post-delivery support system for both mother and baby. I am immensely grateful to Dr. Meeta Ma'am for her efforts and to the entire Cloudnine team. I strongly recommend Cloudnine Whitefield for anyone embarking on their journey to parenthood. Both Dr Manju Nair Ma'am and Meeta Chauhan Ma'am is like God to me , Thanks a lot Ma'am

Dr. Teena has been very caring and helpful throughout my normal delivery. She is not only a very good doctor but also a very good person. There was an unexpected blood clot after my delivery, but even though mam was not there in the hospital at that time she managed to come back asap, mam was able to figure out the problem quickly and got me in stable condition. Thank you mam. You are the best.

Hi This Ajay and Sanjana , We are blessed with a baby boy on 26 Nov 2023 we are happy that the baby and mother both are healthy and Fine. These are all due to our beloved Dr Charishma , she was the one who was responsible for a healthy baby and mother and guided us in all our doubts and myths about a child birth thank you lots mam. I recently got shifted to banglore, this is an amazing experience for us, as we haven't see this type of environment in any other hospital. And I am very grateful to have CLOUD9 for my first baby delivery... All the staff of cloud9 is very helpfull and friendly, they are taking care of every small things of patient and baby..... Mentioned below are the highlights of Cloudnine Whitefield: 1) My baby is born under the guidence of Dr. Meeta chowhan, she is very calm and dedicated toward the work. 2) I got the big room that is well maintained by the cleaning staffs. 3) Cloudnine nurses are very calm and available for their patients and baby everytime. 4) Food is too tasty, healthy and highenic. 5) After baby delivery, baby doctor will be their for your baby, nutrician consultant will be their for baby and patient, lactation doctor, phycotharipist doctor will also come to guide you and many more. Thank you so much Dr. Meeta maam for all your efforts and thank you all cloudnine staff. My advice is to please go for Cloudnine -Whitefield for your baby delivery.

Not recommending any kind of treatment in this hospital. I have faced a lot of issues with my wife's delivery, from day one of admission to post delivery. No hygiene, personal care and worst administration by staff. Even though we have made advance payment, 3 months before, we couldn't get the room on time. No followup too with us on the day of admitting to the hospital. Food is not given on time in the room for patient. They served at 3PM after multiple followups. Initial quotations given and the final bill received were different with a huge amount difference.

Extremely badly managed. Wait times over 8 hours without any communication. We had to go to see the doctor the next day. 11 AM appointment didn't come till 4 PM. Then we took video consultation, we waited for 2.5 hours on the video call, nobody joined. No systemic process, sisters are letting in patients out of order and people who are just waiting for their turn are left waiting. In this age, they are maintaining order by writing manually on paper, why can't they use the order assigned by the system. I am sure doctors are good but the hospital is exploiting the doctors and patients alike.
