Chili's American Grill & Bar - American restaurant in Pune - Pune, India

I have been a regular to chili's. The food is good. Post covid everything has become very expensive and due to the changes to staff/menus/management the old charm of this place is lost a bit. Bottomless toasted nachos are no longer available. Some times they run out of spirits stocks limiting available items in the drinks menu. But still a perfect place for catching up with friends and enjoying American, Mexican, Tex-Mex items.

The american food is really good here. Perfect blend of spices and taste. We tried the Mexican grilled chicken rice bowl, Classic nachos and chicken wimgs with bone. The 1st two items were really good. Wings were a bit disappointing because it seems they were boiled and then cooked. But the part of frying the wings were not complete, they still had the raw/boiled smell.

I ordered a burger which cost around 700 and it was not good. There are happy hours on weekdays. Outdoor seating wasn't working. There are food offers on weekdays, which are cheap but didn't attract me. The beer is cheap on weekdays as one on one from 12 to 7.

Despite it being Sunday, we had no trouble finding available seating. They offer a variety of choices, including options for keto, vegan, non-vegetarian, and vegetarian diets. We decided to sample the Southwestern Burger and the Veggie Cheesy Quesadilla, and both dishes were quite delicious.

The ambience and the service was really nice. But for the price that we paid the food was not good. I will probably not visit again. Probably non vegetarians will find better options for them. But fajita was not at all good. Tacos and chill was okay, it did not satisfy my taste buds genuinely.

My Mother and I went to phoenix for shopping. We went to eat here. I order the smokehouse burger chicken patty with sea breeze the cranberry with fresh soda. My mother ordered a veg cottage cheese quesadilla explosion salad and lemonade. When the salad was served my mother asked again if it was cottage cheese and not chicken because it looked like chicken. The waiter replied that it was cottage cheese. So my mother ate it. At the third piece she felt it wasn't cottage cheese. She made me taste it cause I eat chicken. It tasted very much like chicken. We were shocked. We called the waiter. He went to get it checked because we ordered cottage cheese and got chicken. Then the manager came he tried to assure us it wasn't chicken. To confirm it he brought the plate we gave and two plates with chicken and cottage cheese. Now we astonished the plate he brought saying it was the plate the waiter took from here was a lie. We could clearly see that it was cottage cheese whereas the plate that we gave had the thread things sticking out in chicken whereas this on the other hand was crumbly like cottage cheese. This really pissed us off. They were not accepting their mistake instead telling us lies. The manager continuously said it was cottage cheese. He brought us a sweet dish to hide his mistake but my stomach was full and my mother lost her will to eat as she is vegetarian over that we pissed. At the end he let us go without paying but is did not compromise to breaking a vegetarians will to not eat chicken and other non veg items. In the photo it clearly looks like chicken.

Horrible Experience!!!! What can I say. I have visited chillies in Bhubaneswar and it was top notch based on service and food quality. But sorry to say in Pune it is the opposite. The waiters don't care if you are calling them, ask them for the water or anything. They will not listen to you and forget. The food quality has degraded like anything. Oilly fried item, salad with wrong recipe, stale fish items. Name any dish. It is horrible and you cannot eat it. Trust me, You will find far better quality food with generous discounts in other places. Note: if you order lamb soup, you will get mutton keema. Lol. This place is over priced and pathetic.

This is a cozy place in the Phoenix mall in viman nagar. The food is good, we tried classic nachos with chicken and crispy chicken. The chicken was tender from inside and extremely crispy from outside. Nachos were fresh, and the cream cheese on the side was delicious. Loved the food, but it is on a bit expensive side, could have been a bit cheaper for that quantity.
