Care24 - Home health care service in New Delhi - South, India

We had a very poor experience with Care24 Delhi office and would not recommend their services. We had paid in advance and registered for a night nursing service for an elderly relative and, to our dismay, no-one arrived. The service was promised for the following evening and again, no-one arrived. We found their services very disappointing and unprofessional and would not recommend to others. It was a waste of precious time which caused a great deal of unnecessary stress.

Care 24 is a fraud nursing agency. They take money in advance and make a fool of you. I asked for an attendant for my mother who had undergone surgery but they sent someone who used to take care of infants, so was useless then next replacement was worse . When i asked to refund my money they stopped responding.

I'm Happy with care 24 all caregiver service as best in his services provided by Nahid he is the best supporting assistant to manage the duty in very short time and understanding the client emergency. So God bless to all care 24 company members and employees keep it up and maintain this moments to every need full person.

Most terrible idea to call this place. Got someone who waa especially told about the issue of my father waking up at night. He didn't wake up despite multiple bells and calls and finally when my father reached the room to find hi fast asleep he woke him up to see the attendant charge at him in shock and anger. Asked him to leave right away in the middle of the night. Feeling unsafe, no reply on their helpline or so called managers number. What the hell is 24*7 then

Worst service. The care taker to whom I hired for my mother. She open my dressing allmera and use my cosmetics and she threatened my kid that he will not going to say anything to me.. her name is dolly. She irresponsible and untrained. She messed up my kitchen. Always came late and asks for money.. very disappointed.

Please don't fall in the trap. Fake promises to take money. Needed an attendant for my father, They send an untrained person who never did the job before. He refused to do the job duties listed by the company. Care24 promised refund, if services were not up to the mark. We returned the attendant after 3 hours but care24 did not process any refund. They took 2800 advance and now I feel cheated as they are not even picking up call. Great way to fraud customers.

Dr Robind Ahmed, a committed and dedicated physiotherapist from Care24 Homecare visited me for treatment of supraspinatus tendon tear. Dr Robind worked relentlessly for the past one month to strengthen my muscles. As a result of his hard work, the pain has subsided considerably. Further, Dr Robind was very punctual and never missed a session. I am thankful to CARE24 Homecare to have sent such a wonderful physiotherapist !!!

The service provided by Attendant Yash Vardhan with I'd no- 17505 was so helpful for my family.. He supported us as family and worked really well with my father in law
