Regarding accommodation in 5star hotel and very to near Haram.Food provided in the hotels are very good.The coordinator Mr.lbrahim and wife present always with us and helped lot during the programme.we visited all places in and around Makkah and mathina. We have performed our Haj in an excellent manner.we are very-satisfied with all arrangements made by BushraHAJ SERVICE TEAM I highly recommend Bushra Haj service for Haj 2024 to my friends and well wishers. Itis a very good experience inHaj service. It is well planned and very good service provided by BUSHRA HAJ SERVICE.During the programme Ibrahim is always with us and do needful service. Stay at 5star hotels with excellent food arrangement in makkah and mathina.it is an excellent arrangement made by Bushra Haji service. I strongly recommand this service for Haj program.

Realy we are happy in performing haj 2023 by BUSHRA HAJ SERVICE. I highly recommand this service for Haj 2024.we have stayed in 5star hotel very near to Haram.Rooms are very neat and very pleasent to stay .The program is well planned and arrangements areexcellent. In mathina and makkah ,we stayed very near to Harum sothat we done all prayer with jammath . Since our aim is very high sothat we dont worry about other little thinks.Mr.Ibrahim and his wife always with us and do the all helps throught theprogramme.simply speaking mr.Ibrahim done all of his promise durig Haj 2023. Dear All, Bushra Haj service is armature HGO, They startigize to attract clients mostly (NRI) for Haj based on the fabricated google reviews from their own office staffs. The above 1 star for the purpose of giving a bare minimum or else I would have given them big Zero If you go through the Google reviews, you may get to see reviews for Hajj and Umrah from Non-Muslims (one such eg: is Saravanan pls check) First and foremost they get your booking by showing the last year price and no revision in the current year which will be in higher side to the existing market standard rates. There team convince you by telling 30 years experience, had earned best HGO award and so on. Their main canvas will be "NO AZEEZIA" & VIP TENT, CATEGORY B MINA TENT. Later after 2 weeks of final HGO quotas released by the Hajj ministry in india, you will be suddenly approached by their team saying that the Saudi market prices have gone up and altogether they send a revised price and package which will be minimum of 35% - 45% increase. By this time other HGOs have already confirmed their candidates for that year, but so you will not have any options left by then, as an NRI you have already planned for leave from the office and you don't have the chance to look for any other Haj operator. (they first said 695000/-intially later we paid 975000/- for 4 sharing room) including the taxes for 20 days. The peer HGO price for the same comes around 745000 lakhs Including taxes for 30 days. Mr. IBRAHIM who is the person behind all these, he will talk big and give great commitments but during they Haj, he will remain silent and unaswer any concern put towards him. He is very smart in addressing people diverting them emotionally and use the imam in the group to console the Haji's if get tensed with him in not fulfilling the commited services in the first place. With us they diclared that they could avail the VIP tent viz category B in Mina just a day before the starting of our journey in the orientation class for half of the hajis the rest were not made aware in the earlier orientation. To our surprise we came to know from good source of his team members that he intentionally/deliberately has not availed the category B VIP tent at the time of online booking/auction for the category B in Saudi Haj portal website when that was open. So by this we know Mr. IBRAHIM HAS LIED TO US in getting our booking on the basis of VIP tent, I and at the same time he consoled everyone is that 60,000/- will be refunded for purpose of not availing the category B mina tent to all by the very next day, even that commitment was also not as promised, they did this refund after 2 weeks of coming back from the Haj trip. Even few of the Hajis had quarelled to him in madinah for not getting the Rawdah appointments for Haj group. And also he managed to squeeze the 20 days trip to 18 days and having the iterney done in other days inclusive of the 20 days, but by this he has saved 2 days hotel stay and food for 105 hajis. He made us to travel all night by bus from madinah to jeddah and again long journey to chennai with about 6 hours layover in Dubai. I will never ever recommend Bushra Haj services for any of Muslim brothers and sisters. Dear All, Assalamualaikum. My parents had performed the 2023 Haj through this Haj Service. The Haj Service team are not with their words and the commitment given on the day of initial payment. We will not recommend this Haj Service to the future Hajis. By Dr Akram Husain, Chennai.

Worst service provided by Mr Ibrahim. Promised Haj service 2023 was not delivered. Please don't use Quran wordings and hadees for making money. This kind of money is not HALAL. Giving false commitments and cheating the people's during pilgrim. Dear Reader, Be careful before choosing this Haj Service.

This is a true and authentic review. I was one of those 105 Hajis took Haj Pilgrimage with Bushra Haj Service in 2023. 1. Paid Rs.10.45 Lakhs per person on a twin sharing basis excluding taxes and Rs.11,34,688/= per person including taxes. 2. Initially they said 8.5 Lakhs for twin sharing at the time of booking. During last stage Bushra has increased it to 10.45 Lakhs and that time we did not had any other choice. No transparency from Bushra. 3. It was for 20 days Corporate Plus tour. 4. They mentioned VVIP International Tent at the time of booking, what provided was last category, D Category tent. True, they returned back some amount but our option while booking was B category. 5. At least 4 out of 5 days we did not see Mr.Ibrahim and his wife (Tour Organiser) in actual Haj days, that is between 8 to 12th of Dul Haj month. That was the time one really needs the operator. 6. The actual bed size at Mina was 0.5M x 1.75M. The size was mentioned in the fitted sheet. 7. In Mina tent, in Ihram, both men and women were staying together and under hot weather ( more than 45 degree temp.) 8. For going Arafat to Muzdalifah, we were standing on the road from 6 to 12 PM without any place to sit and nothing to eat. Remember, we had 5 wheel-chaired, and lot of elderly peoples with health issues. Very poor transportation management. 9.The real difficult part starts from Muzdhalifa. There was no one to guide us on how to go to Jamarat for stoning and from there to Mina camp. We have wandered cluelessly for hours as my iPhone 12 went standstill with high temperature (45 degree), the other family with me was not having smart phone. Having started at 7AM from Muzdhalifa and at 3.30 PM (iPhone was cooled by keeping it in a pouch surrounded by ice water bottle), when iPhone started functioning we could able to reach our tent at 7.30 PM in the night. 10. Our tent no. was 46 and there were two 46 number tents. One belongs to Haj Committee and the other private and at two different locations. This was not informed by Bushra. Whenever we are asking for directions from Police we were directed to former only. Finally, a volunteer from Kerala helped us in reaching our tent. 11. Remember, in the roads from Muzdalifah to Jamarat and to Mina no transport was allowed by Police. Only we have to walk and that too plenty. My wife is a diabetic patient, all the time walking under hot sun and no food most of the time except water. Proper guidance from Bushra would have helped us. 12. They messed up in Rawda appointment also in Al Madinah. Bushra said they made appointment, but Saudi authorities said no, and asking Bushra to show QR Code of appointment. Bushra was not having any, resulting no Rawda visit for us. 13. Our problem started right from Chennai Airport itself as group booking was done by Bushra. We, elderly couple booked on a twin sharing basis throughout the trip, was always given seats at different zones & locations inside Emirates flight. Though we went to Emirates office immediately after getting the ticket to get adjacent seats was of no help. 14. Fully disappointed by Bushra. Not only us most of the Bushra Hajis suffered and everyone has a tale to tell. 15. While coming back also, more than a day was lost in transit. We left Al Madinah Hotel on 10th July 2 PM and reached Chennai on 12th July 3 AM. A good 37 Hours in transit with not a single minute bed rest. 16. Totally we have lost two full days in transit. 17. I am not against Bushra and just mentioned whatever happened to us in our 2023 trip. 18. If you go through Google reviews, you will come across reviews from non-muslims for Hajj and Umrah, like from Saravanan, Anitha Pandiyan, Aravind Jadav, Kaviya C., Vinoth M., Karthick guy etc. May be Bushra Haj Service has got exclusive rights to send non-muslims also to Hajj. 19. True review is given by a 2023 Haji in the interest of future hajis not to choose Bushra to avoid hardship later. Wassalam
