Amazing gym.
The staff highly qualified and professional and all the trainers and staff members are very cooperative. Gym ambience is very good.The equipment is in great condition and easy to use and everything adds to make it a comfortable workout space.
The gym has been renovated recently. It looks and feels premium now. Spacious gym. Would recommend for the quality of equipment.
Trainers are well qualified and educated... postive and motivated environment was there.... i felt motivated alot after going to the gym .... trainers also provides councelling sessions for the beginners for there proper muscle growth

Fitness and Skills, both are being worked upon here. First 10 Minutes of training here is equivalent to two hours of work-out in a gym, and then you have to go on for 50 minutes more. Energises you for next two days. Amazing experience.
