Best gym in Sector 45 with all kinds of Gym equipments available and also Boxing classes are available there And THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT IS THAT If you ask for help from trainers they won't convince you for taking personal training like all the other gyms in the town do, & also share their knowledge for free of cost, Trainers are so helpful & having a good knowledge of how each and every muscle works. Hat's off to this gym and staff. 1000 % recommend
