Initially i have taken term life plan for some reason customer service people called and asked me the details again and told me that we can start a new plan as i panid for the first , i was not okay to start a new plan and pay again but people who spoke to me said i will get refund within in 7 days believing that i paid again and started new plan. Till today's almost 45 days many mails i have sent but no response n i have sent

This ia branch of major company, so need not expect more comfortability.

I have been with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance for the past 2 years. Until now, I never felt any kind of problem in the coverage, claim process or any other. I recommend it to everyone.

Employees in this branch is very lazy. Seems they are not ready provide sufficient information, Even they are free. They are operating only for the limited time for the customer support. Working on monday - Friday 10Am - 3 Am. 12.30 - 2 Lunch break. They will work totally less than 4 hrs with in that we have to get our help. They will ask you full history for all support, you have to bring your original documents, bill copies, voter id, pan card, aathar card, Ration card, (Any 2 original ID and Address proof ) for support. They asked me to bring the cheque leaf with my name. The cheque which I bring to them is given by SBI when I open the account. They asked to apply new cheque book.
