My name is Harikumar and i am 58 years old , working in corporate sector . One morning as I got up from bed I experienced severe pain in my back. I was able to get up but unable to walk comfortably. I'm Anas, I was suffering from neck pain for past few weeks and consulted Dr. Prasanth Raja at Aura Wellness. I was diagnosed for Upper crossed syndrome by him and underwent treatment for 10 days. During this time, I had daily sessions of about 1 hour each during which he started with trigger point release, followed by cryotherapy and rehabilitation. Within six days I was feeling much better after which my rehabilitation began, wherein I was asked to do strengthening exercises. I was also given a home exercise plan to avoid future recurrence.
