And I'm here to share some few words about the Ather 450x the day when I passed thru ather showroom I had plan of purchasing it the day when I started entered inside I met an person who's name is Mr.Joshua. I'm really glad that I met him from the booking till delivery am really thankful to him. He explained each and all aspects from spec till tech. And sharing here am an <Deaf & Dumb> person. Really much appreciated him. He really made my day all. And even those staffs were helped me sometime. But through each and all aspects Mr.Joshua helped me much extreme whereas others didn't me since it's an difficult task to do this with an man kinda myself. Thanks to Ather. I'm much happy to take out Ather deliver. Thanks to VelaAutoMobile Guindy...

My encounter with Ather's electric scooter was a nightmare from start to finish. The customer support during the sales period was nothing short of disastrous. Trying to extract a clear, consistent piece of information from them was like pulling teeth - each representative seemed to live in an alternate reality, spouting specs that defied the laws of physics. One rep boldly claimed a 0-80% charge time of 5 hours and 30 minutes, yet somehow, the leap to 100% would miraculously take an extra 30 minutes. Clearly, Ather's grasp on basic science is as shaky as their customer service. Avoid this brand unless confusion and frustration are on your shopping list.

Posting this review after utmost frustration with Ather space Guindy. 1.pls think twice before going for exchange option here as there is no chance that name change will be done 2.I had a weird issue where the Adapter keeps disconnecting much frequently and my vehicle wont even charge up. Had apparently raised issue with Ather customer support and took the bike to this centre and technician conveyed everything is fine from their end and there is no issue in the bike and the adapter. However the same day I took the bike to Porur service centre and they confirmed that the charging gun has the issue and they replaced it immediately. Kindly listen to the issue what customer is facing and provide proper resolution rather than escaping mentioning tht the issue is not in Vehicle. Had to give ZERO star still giving 1 star as I took my scooter delivery there.

Hi, today we took ather. When we had texted for a test drive, Mr Ravichandran attended us, from day one till he delivered the vehicle today, a few minutes back, he was very good, kind, curteous, he explained very well about the vehicle. Everything was done at our doorstep at our convenience and as per our desire. I give full credits for the service. We were fully satisfied with the service of Vela Automobile. I wish them all the very best

Worst experience with Ather service in Guindy We call for body sapre replacement They checked stock and told us to visit the centre for repair as there is no spare in Omr centre We are all the way coming from 18 km away Once we receive the showroom they say stock is there but in scratchy condition and can't replace the body in the vehicle which is not an acceptable or acceptable response They should have told us in the call itself whether stock is available in good condition or not. But they didn't Lethargic response always from service person Good vehicle to buy but bad service experience we had We will not recommend service centre services Better try in any other private service centre

Had a wonderful reception by all staffs on every visit. Very courteous and knowledgeable staffs, for example Mr. Puneeth & Mr. Manikandan. They take care from booking till delivery & even after sales service. Kudos to Team Vela Automobile under the able leadership of Mr. Saravanan, GM Sales. I had a great experience right from my Pre-Booking until the Delivery of the vehicle. When I was looking for EV options in Two-Wheeler, I walked in to the Guindy Ather Space with a lot of questions in my mind. The questions varied from Why Ather, What is different, Differences between other EVs, The vehicle functionality, Vehicle Safety, Vehicle Performance, The Features, The Specifications and so on.. I was greeted at the door by Joshua and he took us through an amazing journey right from then on. Joshua patiently explained all my doubts and helped me through the process of booking. After advises and good amount of explanations, I opted for the 450X Gen3 and booked my vehicle with an initial payment. We were informed that the delivery will take give or take 60 days and we were really happy to take delivery as promised. The Representatives were in constant touch with me through Whatsapp, E-Mails and Phone Calls to guide me through all questions and concerns during the waiting period as well as the time throughout the time Vehicle was available. After the waiting time, Joshua reached out to inform that the vehicle is booked and ready to be delivered. The Pricing was shared and the payment was completed. Post payment - we gave the requisite documentation for insurance and registration. Within a few days, we received our vehicle with a complementary box of Cookies to go with it. During delivery, we were even given an orientation of the features and the functionality demo. It was an excellent experience for is and I would highly recommend Vela - The Ather Guindy Experience Center for your journey through the Ather Magic !!!

Had great experience from DAY1 till the delivery of my vehicle.. Hope I get same support in after sales as well... Staff support is excellent and indepth knowledge about the products.. Through out the process MANI was of great help & was in constant touch with me in helping with booking and registration process.. I had great experience & took the bike with a huge SMILE .. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR WARM WELCOME AND SUPPORT. N here I am back after two months with my ATHER modified into new ATHER GUN METAL EDITION.. I know few might have different take on this .. but this is my take on this ONE N ONLY IN INDIA SUPER GLOSSY ATHER GUN METAL EDITION with CARBON FIBRE and ALLOYS with shiny clear coat and few exterior body lines .. hope you guys like it ..
