House keeping is awesome especially Suganthi and Sudha. But treatment is not up to the mark. My suggestion is expect head nurse all others need proper training, in handling and caring the baby. If you are going to book room please book suite if you book any other room you won't be treated properly. The instruments are not sanitized properly.

My daughter was got delivered on October and I am delighted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience. From the moment I walked through the doors to my departure, I was consistently impressed by the hospital's commitment to providing top-notch care. Easy Admission and Billing Process: The admission and billing process at Apollo was impressively hassle-free. The staff at the front desk guided me through the necessary paperwork efficiently, making me feel at ease during a potentially stressful moment. Excellent Doctor Consultation: We shifted to Apollo Cradle Karapakkam during 7th month due to a bad experience at another hospital. Dr. Nithya guidance immediately proved that it was good decision. She was always cheerful and made us feel comfortable during the whole duration of the pregnancy. She is very much recommended from our side for anyone seeking for pregnancy related consultations. Well-trained Staff Nurses: The nurses were terrific and their professionalism and care made us feel calm and secure. Their empathy, and dedication were truly remarkable. They provided round-the-clock care, ensuring our comfort and safety at all times. It was evident that they were well-trained and genuinely cared about their patients. Excellent Service from Housekeeping: The hospital's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene is commendable. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. special mention to housekeeping staff Suganthi who was always eager to help us Food Provided was Good: The meals were not only nutritious but also quite delicious. The variety of food options provided was good and it was a small but meaningful detail that added to the overall positive experience. Seamless and Well-guided Procedures Throughout my stay, I found that all medical procedures and processes were executed seamlessly. The hospital staff ensured that I was well-informed about each step of my treatment, and I never felt lost or anxious about what was happening.

Very helpful and fast experience with my 2 children. At the counter Gayathri was very helpful and Dr. Prakash gave good directions to complete the tests and consultations necessary. Process here at Apollo Cradle and Children is fast and reliable. I would strongly recommend.

My son was admitted in the hospital for wheeze... Dr Harish was patient and answered all our questions.. Nurses were really kind and took almost care... Sister Chandra, krishnaveni and Arunthathi were really taking care.. sister Meena entertained the child with some crayon and artworks and baloons.. Food was in time.. cleaning was on point...

Inexperienced nurses. Very casual and unbothered staff. They have no specialization in treating children. I got a minor surgery done on my 3 year old son in this hospital and I can say this has been the most horrible experience of my life. The nurses don't even know how to put a canula/IV line on a child's hand. And they call themselves expert in child handling. The general ward was full of mosquitoes. They just don't care about the patient and will blindly charge you a fortune. For a minor surgery and a half day admission they charged more than Rs53,000. They will charge in lakhs if you go for major surgery here. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. Better to use it only for OPD visit.

I am blessed with the Baby Girl Nov 20th - 2023 as God grace and family members with the support of the Apollo Cradle Children's Hospital - Karapakkam. Dr.Nithya Babu Mam supported me a lots in my first time pregnancy and I can't forget the day with the pain and lovable memories. Best treatment provided. Doctors and Nurses were patient and really took almost care. Special thanks to Nurse Subitha who was very sincere and took good care. Housekeeping and Foods are excellent. Food was customised based on our requirements. Overall we felt we are in safe place.

I booked an appointment two weeks ago and arrive today and oh look! The whole scan department has the day off. Why did you let me book an appointment then? Why is it 2023 and scheduling appointments in your scan department is by hand? Why is it such an odd notion to request appointments in advance? Does no one have work schedules to accommodate? I'm just supposed to call the day before and HOPE I get an appointment? And even if you DO call just a day ahead they will still have no record of your appointment and make you wait four hours (yes, four hours!) to be seen. Absolute insanity and incompetence -- and we're supposed to trust you know how to take care of our bodies? It's terrifying. The doctors are great - the hospital system they're working within is complete trash and needs an overhaul by competent leaders.
