As a longtime customer, my recent experiences have disappointed me. Staff member Mr. Venkatesan once provided excellent customer service at this shop. His presence made every visit memorable. Unfortunately, customer service has declined since Mr. Venkatesan left. Once friendly and attentive, the shop's appeal has declined. The sudden introduction of 3-kilometre delivery charges further soured my experience. The shop's delivery fees are nearly double those of Dunzo, making it hard to justify. This shift has disappointed me as a local business supporter. The local shop's charm has faded due to inconsistent quality, late deliveries, and an apparent disregard for loyal customers. Unfortunately, this shop's distinguishing qualities are eroding. Recent experiences make it hard to recommend this place. The decline in customer service and unexplained fee increases have made me question my support. I hope the shop's management considers these concerns. I'm reluctant to recommend a shop that seems to have lost touch with its roots and loyal customers.

Rates are very high. But quality is very good and we can find many options like mutton, chicken, pigeon, rabbit, kadai, organic chicken varieties.

Clear money minded shop they do not care about customer satisfaction bcos this place is situated in a place where people tend to go here as no other big shop with varities available nearby and so they have many which gives them an advantage of not caring about customers. Their fellow person did not clean the hair in turkey properly which I noticed after cut and so they r claiming they dnt care after cut as it's my fault that I failed to notice. The person who cleaned it didn't do his job and neither the person who cut it but still I trusted their shop which cost me that finger pointing towards me in that situation. When I asked about that , the supervisor or may be the shop owner who said he will ask them to remove skin but u will loose more than 250gms and yes the taste of skin when cooked. I questioned this but still he stands at his point that I have to check before they cut and when other customers started noticing this he simply pushed me and asked get the money and send this guy out to his person at counter how cheap he is. Nowadays people are moving towards online shopping bcos of these kind of shop keepers where u can't expect respect, quality, customer satisfaction. I tel you what I have been a regular customer to this shop still this happened to me they can't remember anyone as so many will come and go.I would have not rated even 1 star but it is default to select.

Quality is good, the boss is good but the workers are a bit tricky. In times they substitute your original country chicken for farm country chicken. I have experienced twice & the boss was kind enough to replace. Mostly be aware while buying original country chicken because your money matters. Thank you

Buyer be aware of cheating and fraud going on in the store, I have been buying from Jeeva for more than 2 years and have felt totally cheated because of my recent findings. I usually buy 6-7 live chicken from him once per week all at one go. Recently my driver went to the store to buy live chicken at his store directly instead of home delivery. Live chicken rate (at store) - 100Rs Per Kg My driver came and informed me that live chicken rate is only 100rs per kg (I usually pay between 140-150rs per kg on average for home delivery) . When I called and asked what the live chicken rate was they said Rs. 140!! Complete cheats. Below are some calculation of the amount of money we are being cheated on per order: Usual chicken size being 1.7kg Cheating home delivery rate 7 Chicken X 1.7KG per chicken X 140per kg= Rs 1832 Rate for customer if you look simple and visit store 7 Chicken X 1.7KG per chicken X 100per kg= Rs 1190 Per week a difference of 632Rs, when they say delivery is free, please know that delivery is not free I payed 632Rs premium that week, sometimes more sometimes less. On average I have been cheated for greater than 2000Rs per month from them. I buy chicken weekly once 7 live not for my consumption but for my dogs, I feel like I should sue these guys for malpractice, 24000Rs per year extra I have been cheated off and many more of you people might be getting cheating. Today I called and asked Jeeva for live chicken rate the rate was 150rs per kg, I called another store and the rate is 130rs per kg. Final point I would like to make is please ask multiple stores for price before buying, these guys cannot be trusted and have lost a loyal customer in me. I am very embarrassed that I have been cheated all these years. Greater than 50000rs for 2 years on average I have paid extra for my dogs&cats, thankfully I didn't buy chicken from him for my family also or I would have been cheated of even more money. Cannot speak to these people decently they take you for granted. They don't just cut the chickens throat they also cut your throat.

Chicken is best , but mutton they are not removing fat at all which is loss , unsatisfied I got two times mutton from there but in the same way they are giving . Although when i tell him he will not remove fat at all. Owner shall look into it and provide the best quality

Quality meat at cheaper price. The place is neatly-maintained.
