My husband and I were in the mood to indulge in some Indian delicacies. This location was literally a 5 min drive from home ,Total win! Our first impression was how excellent the staff attended to us. The menu had so many excellent suggestions. We started with Hariyali paneer tikka, excellent portion, and very delicious. For our main dish, we both tried Dhaba Chicken Curry. My husband spice level was at an 8, and I decided to try at a 5. Both were very favorable. We are most definitely looking forward to returning and bringing our friends to dine with us.

We ordered the chicken tikka masala and the garlic bread. It was a good serving size. At first we thought we didn’t order enough food because everything looked so little in the bowl but it was actually enough for two people to share.

It was good. Not amazing. I’ve been on the hunt for a GOOD Indian restaurant with deep flavorful dishes here in Phoenix. This place still missed the mark. The best dish we got was the butter chicken at level 6 spice. The spice is what made it. The other dishes with lower spice levels weren’t as tasty We expected this to be a better since it has so many good reviews. Also we didn’t think the statues inside the restaurant were very appropriate or family friendly.

Amazing service and food! We loved the chicken korma and tikka masala. Our server, Nick, was so welcoming and had great recommendations. Give that man a raise!

I’ve driven by The Dhaba countless times, always curious, but never quite courageous enough to stop in. It’s a run down little plaza, for sure, but don’t let that dissuade you like it did me. Upon entering, you’re simultaneously greeted by insanely delicious smells and some of the nicest humans you’ll ever encounter. We showed up about 40 minutes before they closed, but not once did we feel rushed or unwelcome. The menu is pretty expansive, and I’ll admit, I’m not well-versed with Indian cuisine, so I was a little overwhelmed. My girl and I ordered a couple of dishes, plus samosas and a side of garlic naan. First they brought out a thin, crispy sheet of deliciousness, almost like a big tortilla chip, with three dipping sauces. The red was hot hot, the green was out of this world delicious and also packed a punch, and the other was a sweet, almost sour, tasty dip. I drank a lot of water to douse the flames on my tongue, but the staff continuously kept my little metal goblet topped off with fresh cold water. The samosas slapped! They were awesome, especially with that green sauce. For the main course we went with the classic chicken tikka masala and a side of cauliflower and potatoes… ‘something something’ Gobi… and it was all incredibly delicious. The chicken was a little tough, if I’m allowed one complaint for the evening, but the sauces were incredibly flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The service was excellent, the restaurant was clean and tidy and nicely adorned, but the music was just a touch too loud and made it a little hard for us to hear each other. Maybe turn it down from 11 to a 6 or 7? Prices were a little higher than I expected, but I guess that’s everywhere these days. We had plenty of leftovers, so really we got two meals out of it, and they were just as good, if not better, the following day. For the excellent service alone I’ll be back to The Dhaba, no doubt. But the food is fire, and I’m so ready to expose my taste buds to the rest of their menu.

Visited the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon as we were in the mood to indulge in some Indian delicacies. Once the entire group was present we were promptly seated. The ambiance is very homey and warm and as it's a family owned restaurant it gives the warm vibes. The restaurant was fairly crowded. We all ordered lassi ranging from mango, rose , sweet to salted! All of them tasted fabulous but only drawback is that the sweetness in lassi cannot be altered I would love that option! For the main course nothing stood out everything was edible but I was extremely disappointed with the recommendation I went ahead with - the paneer hariyali tikka. The name itself suggests green but there was nothing green about it not the flavor nor color. Back home this is a favorite and this didn't match up. We were treated with hot jalebis at the end. I would also like to mention that although the place appears clean I saw 2 roaches on the wall at our table which instantly killed my appetite. I wanted to bring it to the restaurants notice but they were busy attending other customers.
