I only buy cigarettes here, cheap price. Anything else is overrated, expensive, unreliable, or plain-out doesn't work. I have bought multiple vapes and multiple vape chargers at this establishment and they continue to fail me, the company also refuses to reimburse me for the purchases with another item of equal value or cash value. I will be taking my money elsewhere for any vapes and am considering doing the same for my cigarettes, but they are close and cheap priced. I would recommend going to J&Js or Coen as they may provide reliable vapes and vape chargers, and Marathon downtown steubenville also sells cigarettes cheap.

Every other time I buy a Orion Bar they are burnt. And when I asked after the third time it happened they told me I can bring it back for a 20% discount off of one. This has happened a total of 3 times. Doesn’t seem fair to charge $25 for a product thats a dud.

The staff is wonderful,, I enjoy going in to get my cigs and grab a drink

Great shop! Staff is ALWAYS eager to help, give you ideas, answer questions, and even go into the little details to help you find what you need. Everyone is always friendly, including the average customers that visit! It is obvious they care about running a solid business, and they’re extremely friendly to all. Prices are fair, considering the products. And they are always trying to get new and different stock. Highly recommended, I’m thankful for their service, and I’ll always come back! Just good, old-fashioned, solid business!

Great prices horrible service unless you are into sports or a friend. They act like you are bothering them if you ask a question, ask for a receipt or a sack to put purchases in. Another example of a local business being run as a hobby not in a professional manner. Edit: They have gone from 2 to 4 stars. The new staff are much more friendly and they now carry a wider selection. During the pandemic I felt safe & appreciated as a customer. Even now they have kept the plastic up & take care of the staff & customers. Much better!

Not sure why but the elf bars here always taste weird and almost never charge. Probably a bad supplier but I don’t think I’ll be back. I’ve gotten four here , all tasted weird and only one would charge at all. I’ve gotten them at other smoke shops here and In Columbus and haven’t had this problem once elsewhere.. I did call to let them know and they really didn’t care but if you’re going for anything other than disposables I’d say you’re fine
