Very nice pool there is a swallow end with slides and the other side is 6 feet. Staff was friendly and nice! Me and my kiddos enjoyed this pool admission was $1 per person.
$1 admission, CASH ONLY. Very small, quiet pool with a slide. Life guards are attentive. As a mother of four, I would recommend this pool for kids under 12.
This is our favorite pool in La porte area. They have clean bathrooms, covered seating & tables, 2 slides, a shallow 1ft-3ft area tied off. And a deeper area up to 6ft deep. They aren't free but only cost $1 per person (10 and under free) They only take Cash though! I'm definitely renting this pool out next year for my kids bday. Just remember this pool is popular and you need to save your date WAY in advance. There is also walking trails around the pool, basketball court & a really nice playground park.
06-29-2022 Visit: Today was our first visit to Northwest Park. The playground is VERY nice and fully handicap accessible! The area is partially shaded by trees. There is a well layed out pool with water slide/ and handicap chair lift, basketball court, walking trail, soccer field, bleachers on what looked to be a baseball area, restrooms by the pool, and benches and picnic tables throughout.
Very nice. Clean and great lifeguards. There is a 10 min break every 50-60 minutes. It's great for kids up to about 12 it may get too boring for older than 12
Seats in shaded area, a huge area for little kids. A good size area in the deeper section, most importantly 3 lifeguards in the deeper section!
Pool for children and adults 0 depth to i think 6ft in the deep end. A slide, a flower that drops water, picnic tables and lounge chairs.
Nice clean pool. No diving board. 1-6 foot. Slide 12 and under. Only thing is they play rap music very loudly. I'd you like rap this is the pool for you. If 🤷♂️
Beautiful park. Easy drive from Johnson Space Center as we had to wait a few hours to enter. Great to bird watch shore birds. Volleyball nets and beach area were operational. Great place to sightsee the oil rigs in the bay. Bathrooms available. Lots
