This trip was an unexpected delight for myself and my family. I arranged multiple rooms for a family trip and was pleasantly surprised to find them ready earlier than expected. One standout feature was the ability to access room choices through the Hilton app during check-in—a modern touch that streamlined the process.||Arriving around 10 am for a post-Christmas getaway before the New Year rush, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, ensuring a smooth and swift check-in experience. However, despite the property's Hilton affiliation, our inability to utilize our Hilton Gold status for food service due to booking through the genting rewards rate was a letdown. It's worth noting for future travelers, as it caught us off guard.||The Hilton itself was a revelation. Pristine, without a hint of odor, and it felt like stepping into a room that had just been minted. Surprisingly, the standard room here surpassed my high standards, which are usually met at upscale resorts. Thankfully, we seemed to bypass any issues others had encountered, making our stay all the more pleasant. The casino floor still is one of the best in Vegas as it still has that new feel to it. Drink service was excellent as usual and the late night Starbucks is a pleasant surprise. The shopping area could use some improvements, perhaps additional family-friendly offerings but overall Resorts World was a great stay.
First time stay here. The casino is pretty nice. Amenities are ok. But the oddest experience as a hotel guest at Hilton. Our first morning there, the house keeping ask three times for house keeping and then asked when was the checkout date! 😤— Like 🤬
Anyways, the hotel is clean. The mobile check in could use some work.
Hotel stay was perfect!!! Christmas 3 day weekend. ||Lobby & common areas were gorgeous & upscale , clean and not smoke smelling. Rooms were very clean with a simple & contemporary decor. Pool & jacuzzi was open which was a huge plus because most hotels don’t have that option during the winter months. ||All staff we encountered were friendly. We had a wonderful breakfast at juniors restaurant on 12/24. Kittaya was a great server. The food runner Roberto provided top notch service. He noticed our coffee and iced teas were empty & he refilled them. He ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. That kind of attention to detail with genuine friendliness is rare, thank you, we appreciated it very much! ||Tips: |Upgrade to a strip view room. It’s worth it! ||Have the Hilton app so you can digitally check-in and skip the lines. (Lines looked lengthy & slow).||Don’t remove mini bar items from the counter unless you want it. They are sensor and you will be charged if it’s not replaced within 30 seconds. (Even if you are only reading the label and not using it.) ||Double check room charges. ||Bring your own loofah or washcloth. I normally bring one but forgot this one time & ironically the hotel was out of washcloths. ||Overall a perfect stay for our quick Christmas weekender getaway. |
The hotel and casino are pretty new. The rooms are nice and not too beat up or dated. The front desk staff isn't the most friendly I've ever come across, but it's been a tough few years in hospitality. My one tip: don't bother with Dawg House in the sports book - the food is terrible and they have insane minimums during events
Unfortunately, our experience was not what we expected. We booked two rooms to welcome the new year. The price was extra expensive, but consistent with other similar properties on the Strip for the holiday. The rooms were average, nothing extra. Bathroom towels looked pretty used up, we had to ask for extra to be able to pick the whiter ones. We went to their food court yard that claims to be exclusive international restaurants at a food court, to our surprise, or misfortune, all it is is glorified restaurants and that have nothing out of the ordinary, but their prices. Their touch screen registers went down when we placed our order, and the food was cold. Again, nothing to write home about. We would have been better off walking across the street to the Taco place. To top it all off, we received our stay receipts via email with a bunch of incidental charges from their rooms snack bars, which we never used. I tried calling to dispute the charges and got cut off three times, called back again and I left them my number, per their request to call me back, twice!, and am still waiting for a call back. We are very disappointed. We really thought the hotel/casino had integrity behind their name. At this time, we wouldn’t recommend it to our family & friends.
The room is very beautiful and clean. However I would not recommend it for families with little kids. It’s missing many amenities like coffee maker and microwave. I understand that for more luxurious hotel those usually come with additional cost (like in another hotel we stayed in Las Vegas). But here the coffee maker is only available in certain suites and no way to have it in regular rooms ( due to fire code?) Very hard to get hot water to make a bottle of baby formula.
The snack bar has a message card saying if you removed the item for more than 30s you would get charged. So watch out.
The service is ok but not great. The bell desk can do a better job by offering help more proactively. Not many trolley available for moving luggage. But it could be that we stayed during holiday season and it got really busy there.
I booked this hotel because it was the newest on the strip. I was nervous because it’s on the north end. The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean! I had a beautiful view of part of the strip. I did feel like the shower head could have been cleaned more. I didn’t have any customer service issues. My cousin loved it, it was a graduation gift for her and her first time in Vegas. The spa is immaculate, and probably my most favorite part of the experience. I will definitely come back and visit this hotel. The hotel is on the north end of the trip, which is just a short Uber ride to the other end.
We LOVED everything about our stay. The rooms were extremely clean. The resort itself was beautiful and NEW, which is hard to find in Vegas. It is off the strip which is what we wanted however, it is close to everything! You can even walk on to foot certain properties. Most taxis rides were only about 5 minutes away from most places.
I will be staying here every time I go to Vegas.
