Nothing against the brand Oly against this particular store. Being a loyal customer for the brand from past 6-7 years and always had been to this store located at new bel road for years now and never experienced such a worst situation . 1) the sales executive was in a urge to sell the items rather than figuring out what we actually wanted . 2) Very smartly tried fooling us that online and offline products are diff and also the price differs ,in this 7 years first time I have seen that lady at the store and she easily started telling online products are diff 3)there were scenarios where the previous employees from that store Oly has helped us ordering online the same products with diff colours. 4) three items what we purchased was 2193 in the zivame app and the store price was like 3.1k where I found these first time ever in zivame Used to get all the products before with online prices Oly at the stores but this time as I told lady was very much interested in adding more items to the cart to increase her points . 5) The way she started speaking after I told always we get in the same price as in app why is the diff now she just shouted at me telling that come n look at my system . 6)I exited the store the moment she told n ordered everything online and her reaction was very clearly seen that she was very angry . Such a good brands like zivame shud also take care about these incidents. New customers keeps adding all the time and these sort of behaviours will definitely loose the faith of the customers Noting against the brand Oly against the store located at new bel road

Worst customer service ever.. Non friendly staffs. I wish I should went to enamor rather than going to this worst showroom. the staff working there are only friendly before you buy the product after that they show you there true color. Good products worst staff. Zivame, belroad. 1*coz of staffs. Will visit another zivame if needed in future. N please check Bill before leaving the store and every possible details. Lol guys here no exchange, no money refund.. But you can check in bill.. You can return and get refund also.. Hell pathetic staff..

I happened to visit the store today to find such unfriendly and unapproachable lady staff who wasn't interested in assisting any customer. Disappointing!

My recent experience with the zivame store in bel road has been great. Geeta was one of the staff who did a great job in helping me with the fit and different variety of lingerie I can look into.Overall a good experience and got what I needed.

I have had the worst experience at Zivame Bel road. It's shocking how the staff can make and break the faith you have in the brand. I went there to purchase a corset and had specifications of the material. They said there is no availability at the store and that they will place an online order after which they will have it delivered to me at my address.I got a wrong item when it was delivered so I went to request them to change the product, return or refund. I was kept waiting for 2 hours and by the end of it they said someone will pick up the item from my place. No one picked up for more than a week. So I went back and this time they were not even interested to give a proper response. I was really upset and got back leaving the product there and it's unbelievable how they sent some item that they felt to my address as a refund. They are worst at customer care
