The place is great for both who want to lose weight or get fit. Geetanjali ma'am is really nice and personally helps everyone. The place doesn't only offer yoga but also gym equipments like treadmill, cycle etc. It also has aerobics and meditation classes so one can get both physically and mentally fit. The best thing I like is that it only allows women, so those who feel uncomfortable in unisex classes can easily join this. A best place to start your fitness journey.
Best place for learning yoga especially for beginners. Our trainer Geetanjali ma'am is amazing and coordinates with all the students nicely. I feel really relaxed after these regular yoga sessions. Highly recommended for people who want a healthy and active lifestyle.
