I'm glad that I started this life long fitness journey with coach Aman Yadav. He has made this journey a bit more easier. He has a good knowledge of functional training and yoga both. And with the mixture of both, one can surely kick off his/her fitness journey, as he says - "Practice does not make perfect, practice makes improvement"

My experience here is very good. The coach here is very experienced. He is having very good knowledge of yoga . Along with teaching yoga, he also gives full attention to all the students. The coach also gives you positive energy, which makes your yoga very joyful.

It's been few weeks that I joined TFIC and I must say that Mr. Aman Yadav is a great instructor with proper knowledge on yoga and crossfit. I have learned here that it is not always good to push the body out of limits rather we should be continuous with daily instructions as per the instructor and rest all things will fall in line

Awesome Club.. My trainer is Dhruv Sir. He is Expert Yoga & Neurotherapy. With in 2 Days My Cervical Problem Solved. He is a very hardworking person. With in 1 Month huge changes my Body Structure. Earlier I used to feel ashamed of my body Structure. But with in 1 Month My Body Posture Correct. My dream come true..

Very good environment here and you will definitely see changes in your mind and body after doing yoga , also the coach has got really good knowledge..

Amazing place to start your fitness journey , u will start feeling the difference within 1 month only, yoga not only will help u physically but also help u to overcome ur mental issues.
