I found Inner Power healing through google. I am glad that I joined. Sir is an experienced teacher , who teaches with patience and also explains importance of each asana Along with yoga, correct breathing techniques are also taught. I can see the change in myself. Both physically and mentally within 2 months Thank you sir . Hope to keep learning under your guidance

I found Inner Power Center through google and having read all great reviews, I was keen to try. I'm fairly new to yoga and wanted 1-1 classes to have better foundation. I'm so happy I went ahead - Sir is very calm and experienced and teaches both with patience and know when to push you and when not. I'm surprised at things I'm able to achieve in less than a month with his guidance already. Please don't hesitate and learn from Inner Power Center. We even do meditation as and when needed to mix things. Thanks again sir - hope to keep learning from you

Best Yoga class I've attended in a while! VK Anand sir is extremely patient when it comes to teaching and really ensures all his students are able to do each and every Asana perfectly! I've been attending his classes in person for 4 months now and have seen my thyroid levels become more balanced, my skin more glowing, and greater flexibility of the body and betterment of overall physical and mental well being! 10/10, would highly recommend his class to everyone.
