I am personally a student of Yogshakti and it's been 4 months I am learning yoga here. Our mentor teaches very efficiently focusing every individuals with utmost care and focusing on the issues and diseases one have. I myself enjoy the yoga sessions.

YOGSHAKTI (Health & Wellness Center) has helped me a lot physically and mentally since I joined. I suffered from severe period cramps and pain and after 3 months of joining, this pain has reduced tremendously and I do not need to take any medications for it. Even though I am unable to attend classes offline, I attend the live classes through an online platform. The classes are fun, rejuvenating and help me with my physical discomforts. Our instructor is very kind and guides me through all the asanas carefully. After having a hectic day, I enjoy all my sessions at Yogshakti( Health and Wellness Center).

I was suffered from insomnia few months ago and now attempting the yoga classes i come out of sleeplessness and able to achieve a good mental and physical health.

_We got affected by Vivid 19 on May 30 /2021. However as I was practicing yoga on a daily basis under the able guidance of JP da who is a teacher of Yogshakti I was not much badly affected by it. While my son and husband were affected more badly. But my husband got the worst of it , his oxygen level was reduced over a span of time , but with the help of breathing exercises guided by JP Da, Yogshakti , made him surface as well . Yogshakti is a paradise for us. Full of positive vives and a serene atmosphere. The dedication and effort of our guru JP da is commendable. He is concern about each pupil and attends every one individually. I came here 2 and a half years ago after implanting a pacemaker,unable to shake my hands properly, and now i have completely forgotten the presence of the pacemaker and can do almost all tough asanas. It has completely balanced my physical and mental health. Thanks Yogshakti.
