I have been associated with Ankita baa's yoga classes for almost a year now and I can confidently say that they are very effective. Although online, she makes sure that each of us perform the asanas correctly. I have not only been able to increase my physical flexibility but my period cycle which used to be quite irregular has also improved tremendously. With Ankita at Sthira Shakti Yoga,its been almost a year. The big change which I see n me both physically and mentally is just because of my trainer Ankita. Initially it was very tough, to fit into this schedule. Although I knew this is the only option to get back to my old days. But I pushed myself and more than me it was Ankita who used to request me, to no to miss the 1 hour session, she used to urge me "be in the front of camera rest I will manage." And it worked.I had high BP and Blood Sugar last May. Today Am free from these two foes and reduced weight of 12 kgs. I AM HAPPY, CONFIDENT AND THANKFUL TO MY YOGA GURU.
