Yoga Teacher Training (YTTC) - Sampoorna Yoga Goa - Yoga studio in Agonda - South Goa, India

This course changed my life! I would highly recommend! The staff is incredible. The location is superb, being right in the heart of Agonda Beach and super easy to walk and explore during lunch breaks and after class. You're across the street from the beach and can see the ocean from the upstairs shalas. The bungalows are nice and the food served is delicious! If you aren't taking a YTT, there is wonderful daily drop ins during the morning and afternoon as well as an open gym.

Nice place, bathrooms and rooms needs a make over, last year stayed was great , this season owner Deepak got greedier drop in classes included meal now they canceled , lots of thing changed, TTC is 3 times more if u look around u will find much cheaper . Sad that owner don't pay attention to the property , too commercial , cao.

One of the most meaningful experiences of my life. The teachers know exactly what they are doing, the school have a great structure, the location is perfect. I cant wait to go back for 300 hrs.

I did my 200h Yoga Teacher Training course and was very enthusiastic about my classes. The tutors were from India which I found very good to delve even deeper. We were able to ask any questions and also went on a trip to the waterfalls and spice farm outside of our lessons. The resort I slept in was very well maintained and large. The food was completely vegetarian and very varied. My schedule was always very busy as we had classes from 6:30am to 6pm, however it was convenient that the beach was only a 2 minute walk away. I love Sampoorna and also Agona Beach because you get a lot of yourself and new perspectives on life.

I did my 200 hour YTT here in 2018. I loved every minute of the course. The teachers, the other students, the staff and the location were all amazing.

The teachers are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to Yoga! They all made sure the group can keep up with everything. And even when we felt tired, the teachers checked on us and made sure we are okay. For me, it was not the best Yoga Teacher Experience. I have the feeling this is just a business and I couldn't feel much love in the school. It was more about the "fancy" Yoga. There wasn't any spirituality I could sense. It really was just a school where you go and learn. But it didn't have much to do with the spiritual Yoga that I wanted to experience in India. I appreciate the opportunity could join the classes and get to know the great teachers and receive the knowledge they have to share. The facilities were clean, great food, and lovely staff. But I would not recommend this school. In our group were some students who thought it was appropriate to not show up to some of the classes and lectures because they didn't like certain teachers which is unacceptable and disrespectful towards the school, the teachers, and other students, in my opinion. They received the certificate regardless. That being said, the school didn't try to avoid or ban this kind of behavior. Instead, they actually rewarded it. I cannot support this and recommend this school to others.

It was an absolute pleasure and a great experience at Sampoorna yoga while completing my 300 hours yoga teacher training course. The facility is run with top-notch care and professionalism by Deepak who is the co-founder of Sampoorna yoga. The teachers were knowledgeable and had a great attitude and truly embodied the philosophy of yoga. The staff is very caring and responds quickly to any requests. The resort manager Mr. Ravi Soni is professional, has a sense of urgency to respond to requests, and truly cares for clients. The facilities are clean and welcoming, the food is outstanding and they totally spoil you with unlimited delicious food. I highly recommend taking your next teacher training at Sampoorna yoga if you were thinking of travelling to India for a yoga course.

This is a very special place, beautiful an full of good energy! Everyone is extremely kind and helpful, from yoga instructors to cooks in the canteen! Yoga classes were great quality and food healthy and delicious. I hope to come back here for more time in the future. Thank you for such a great experience!
