Yellow Submarine Beer Deck & Dining - Featured Reviews (5894)
I liked this place. All the things are good. So it's review of a satisfied customer.
Parking - No need to worry about parking. They parking in basement and also on the side of the road.
Nice ambience - seating is quite good with an open space.
Courteous Staff - staff was polite and seemed interested in your food order.
Amazing food - I liked the taste and food quality especially corn cheese balls, veg kebab, paneer tikka. Non veg food was also good as per my friends. Veg platter is also good option if you go in groups.
This is a pure rooftop brewery. They have two decks and has good ambience. Valet parking available. Food is good as is their brewed beer. Staff is courteous. Service is also quick. The place will be packed during weekend peak times and hence there may be peak time. Prices are also economical considering the service a d ambience.
Coming to their food, good variety and great taste. Their Samosa Hummus is a must try.
Must visit place in this area.
Nice ambience and great food. Loved all the starters and the mains we had. Great place to have a relaxed family lunch /dinner. Best time to visit is evening as its on the roof top with a good portion of the restaurant open to sky.... Good get a little cold in the night.
This place had been long on my list and we finally went for lunch!
We started off by trying their beer sampler and loved the butter beer! The seasonal beer which had such a beautiful after taste! We got the bar essentials which had masala Almonds ,makhana, muruku and peanuts! They complimented so well with the drinks!
Next up came the starters!
The chicken tikka was flavourful and spicy!
Paneer Tikka also was good ! Next up came their chicken & prawn satay! The chicken satay with peanut sauce was to die for! Super juicy and soft meat that one got to order!
Tried the crispy lotus stem which was a perfect munching snack! Next up had their veg and mutton cutlets, both were equally good! The minced mutton cutlet was one of their specials! It looked beautiful and so was the taste! Very delicious!
I ordered a marooned whiskey cocktail which was perfect! Next up tried their grilled Pomfret which was so heavenly! The marination was pin point and cooked to perfection! The shetake mushrooms were also good despite being a non mushroom lover!
We also tried their non veg Kebab Platter which had stuffed kalmi kebab, mutton seekh and chicken tikka!
The seekh was quite flavourful and the kalmi also was decent enough!
Next up we tried their monstor 24 inch pizza which had half veg and half chicken ! Pizza was quite good and it was my first time to see such a huge pizza!
We were so full that we decided to skip main course!
We tried a bunch of desserts which started from the coffee pannacotta! The coffee flavour was somewhat too overpowering! Tried the belgian chocolate cake and loved it! Next up we had the coconut and saffron pie! A tad bit too sweet for my tastebuds but the presentation was special! We also tried their homemade snicker which was a sponge cake topped with snickers and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
Huge thanks to the entire team of Yellow Submarine who showered great hospitality and took great care of us!
This is a place that is a must if you stay close to Bannerghatta Road!
Food is of very high quality and the drinks complement the food well!
A Submarine themed restaurant which doesn't make you feel claustrophobic, instead, it ensures you can breathe a lot freely. A rooftop restaurant with ample seating options and a view to savour in the day or night time. The place is themed up in such a way that it feels you are inside a submarine.
They have an in-house brewery and if you're someone who likes lager brewed beers, Butter Beer should be your definite choice..!!!
The beer tastes smooth and gives you a very delicate taste of butter infused into it.
The highlight of the Lunch was the Huge Pizza(seen in Pictures), a 24 inches Pizza big enough to feed a big household. The desserts were outstanding and are a must try. The items worth trying are tagged above.
Do try out this place for their Beers, Meat and Desserts along with an Awesome view..!!
The name says it all, the place has a submarine themed yellow coloured ambience. Loved the theme and the place is also rooftop which gives it an edge for ambience again. All said, I liked the beers here but it doesn't give us a unique taste of beers expected being a brewery. Food here well, "not good' would be the best review they can get as the reviews can be worse.
Being a big Beatles fan it is a place you cannot miss. You enter into the door of the Yellow Submarine to find the Walrus beside you and huge colourful deck. They even have an Octopus's Garden as well . The ambience is quite nice and it is a great place to hang out with friends and to party. They play nice classic rock music from the 60s and 70s including The Beatles (of course). Thumbs up for that.
So go there and sing to the tune of The Beatles, "We all 'party' in the Yellow Submarine".
This place is a new microbrewery in this part of the city. And they have taken feedbacks very from their initial days and are brewing some great beers. My top picks are the IPA and the new Harry Potter special ButterBeer (with vanilla in the nose and taste of caramel in the mouth). The ButterBeer is a fantastic easy drinking beer.
Coming to the food I liked few of the dishes and for some of them felt a little too spicy. My personal recommendation would be the Mutton Vada. One of the best starters I had. Both the chicken and veg Pot Pies were decent. The chicken and mushroom ghee roasts were great as well.
The desserts are simply brilliant with nice presentation. Loved the Cheesecake, Espresso Panna Cotta and Homemade Snicker Bar.
I would give 5 stars for the ambience and the improved microbrewery. But the food (though a lot of them a pretty good) needs an overall improvement.
This place is good and has quite a option for seating. They are yet to start the brewery, but you will get quite a collection of beer here. The food here was tasty, the only complaint i had is with masala papad (Though tasted good the quantity really needs to be improved). This place ambiance will probably be good during evening with all the lights on, but i am not complaining as we still thought it was better than many places for afternoon lunch too. Service was good too and very accommodating. I will definitely visit this place again.
