yashshree gangtok location was with far from local markets and mall road but location is nice, As if you want to stay somewhere out of the city with Peace, Greenery everywhere, sounds of water then its perfect place. rooms are good but the only issue with the food. taste they can do much better and add more varieties into it. Thanks you guyz

We stayed here for 2 nights in premium rooms. The rooms are very spacious and neat with all the modern amenities. However, the room service is not upto the mark. On the first night, there was no current the whole night and even the telephone was disconnected. Many guests were complaint about hot water issue. The hand wash in our bathroom was leaking and it spread all over the floor. And when we called to clean they took so much time to come to the room. The buffet breakfast was average and the staff wasn't aware when any item was over or there were no cups or spoons on the counter. Overall, great rooms and view but poor hospitality.

Everything was nice. The hotel was very fancy and the hospitality was very nice. Great location and great staff. The food was very good. Would like to come again

Ideal location, Next to Banjhakri Water Falls & Park and Paragliding. A bit far from center city/market. Big rooms. Food good. Major problem with service in restaurant. Hope management will look into it. Note: General room with balcony, you will see Wall and not any mountain view. So, go for Premium Room

Removed my review with photos? disgraceful. It is bad enough we paid for three nights and couldnt even STAY there. Water leaking from ceiling, broken hot water, broken AC, big bugs everywhere, broken heated pool, broken hot tub, broken gym. It was a joke, like everything RESORT didnt exist, just a BOOOOORRRRing room that didnt function like normal. Hilarous and shockingly expensive for garbage

Excellent location for a remote stay. Excellent food, but even better service. For us Gujaratis, cuisine with more pronounced flavours is preferable. After receiving our first starters and noting our taste preferences, we were promptly switched to a later supper at an unfair price (10:30pm). As a result, I appreciated the culinary service. We arrived late and were offered after-hours assistance. Nice individuals with a very attentive demeanour, but our stay was during the off season, so your experience may differ. Every request, no matter how absurd, was granted. Great rooms, wheel chair accessible, The Cons of our experience. While the power was down, they ran the generator specifically for us. This was not their fault; they did their best. Location: This is not precisely close to Gangtok, however the hotel will help you obtain a cab. This is an additional complication. There is no market, shop, or anything else nearby. This is an excellent choice for a one-night visit or a hotel stay. The hotel's services reduce the need to leave the hotel, yet I have the feeling there should be something close.

The only good thing is big size and specious room, room service is great. Poor hotel management and reception staff they do not understand what you try to explain them. 1. Allocated a room with faulty geyser, even if you keep the geyser ON for 24 hours it will give you luke warm water and not hot water. 2. It took them 15 hours to isolate the hot water issue. 3. Some times they hand over the door rfid key without activating. 4. No swimming pool

Very poor staff service at reception. Very poor hospitality. Very poor amenities like pool spa etc. Worst experince Very poor location from city I suggest never cone to this hotel.
