Club Mahindra Resort - Le Vintuna, Gangtok, Sikkim - Resort hotel in Gangtok - East District, India

The Resort is great but they advertise the Spa and Gym on their website, other 3rd party websites and on the club Mahindra app but fail to communicate that it's under construction and unavailable. The service, cleanliness and location are fantastic. The food is good too but very limited choices compared to other club Mahindra resorts so the price feels very unfair.

Besides the cleanliness of the rooms and resort, everything is average here. Not much options for non vegetarians in the buffet. The food options in the menu is less than that of a small cafe. Even from this small options half of them is not available as the tandoor options are unavailable for lunch. So if you are a non vegetarian and planning to stay for more than a day, be prepared to either eat the same thing or not eat anything like me. I was here for my anniversary and wanted to spend time with my wife at our room but unfortunately we had to go down to the restaurant for every meals as they cannot send food from the buffet to our rooms. I had issues with the food quality as sometimes the paneer was burnt or even the stuffed paratha had very less or no stuffing. Whenever I complained regarding this i was told to fill up the FEEDBACK FORM which was never given to me. P.S. I am a club Mahindra member.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Club Mahindra Le Vintuna Gangtok, and I have to say that the hospitality was top notch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service was excellent. The food experience at the restaurant was great. In particular, Abhinav, the restaurant incharge, went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was enjoyable. His team was also amazing, and they worked hard to make sure that our stay was comfortable. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

Great resort. We had a warm welcome by the staff. The rooms are spacious and cozy. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Happy hub has number of games to play along with the Team. Can hear the river flowing from the rooms Housekeeping staff Binen and Kisan were very helpful. Only con is the location, not many places/shops nearby.

Fantastic view at least I liked it on the back side, towards swimming pool side. Restaurant was good and staff is very nice and cooperating. Only problem is approach road from main road to resort is village road and bumpy and full of pot holes and undulating. Club Mahindra should take up this road or at least maintenance under their CSR ...

Lovely experience...great food,scenic beauty, hospitality, room service....last but not the least the entertainment part lovely which I haven't experience in any other hotel so far.

This is one of the worst experience I had with club Mahindra . Resort is next to industrial unit of Sikkim - Sun Pharma and major construction work is going on . Location is major drawback . It is around 1 hour from Gangtok and taxi services are very costly . Customer service is really pathetic . I ordered simple dal n chapati for my kid at 11 pm and it was outrightly denied even bread was not provided . They are very rigid with timing . We were supposed to visit nathula and requested early breakfast to avoid traffic but we were forced to wait till 7:30 am for breakfast . Housekeeping staff was very rude . Travel Desk - is fraud . Never ever book any taxi or travel with them . We were group of 9 people and booked 2 Innova for comfortable travel to Nathula but after police post check we were forced to do adjust 4 people . Drivers were very rude . Club Mahindra management please take required actions . Stop fooling people .

La Vintuna is unlike CM resorts. The feel was hotel-like and work in progress. Gym & spa facilities are not yet functional. Lot of areas on improvement like food menu, restaurant service was not upto the mark and slow. My experience was not so great
