Whispering Palms Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Candolim - North Goa, India

Value for money hotel in North Goa. It has a decent beach very close by, though you don't have exclusive access. Superlative service with requests taken care of quickly. Few of the service staff are really that good. The breakfast options are pretty decent for a vegetarian. Cons - No lifts, so be ready to leg it up and down. They have this habit of not clearing plates on time from outside rooms. No laundry facilities. The options provided by the travel desk were super expensive, but this is Goa. The walls are rather thin, so be ready to hear your neighbours snores

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I would have given a zero star rating if google permitted. If you are an Indian and value your hard earned money then please don't go for this resort as they don't care a damn about you. They only care for the foreign nationals. * worst in room dining service - they take your order for room service and then you can expect multiple calls to modify your order according to their preferences and finally end up in cancellation. They prefer opting for overpriced buffet. * Worst and absolutely rude staff - they don't provide the offered service. When we raise a concern the staffs don't even bother to find a solution. They simply start behaving rude as if they are giving everything for free especially there is a lady who is handling reservations. I have never seen this rude of a person in hospitality industry. * No value for money - it's a so so hotel with a bare minimum amenities. The only advantage is that it's close to the sea but the hotel management will make sure to get on your nerves and make your stay the worst experience. A Vacation meant to relax will turn into the most stressful one Also if you scroll through the reviews you will see that none of the negative review has been acknowledged whereas that's not the case with the positive reviews. This in itself gives a clear picture of their attitude

I'm very much disappointed. We have booked this hotel for 4 days with a group of more than 30 people. We had in total 14 rooms and I must say the service we have received is very poor. * Big issues here is Wi-Fi as it keeps on turning off and they have a voucher system, where every now and then you have to walk down from the front reception to request for a new code or reset. * If you ever order an fish from the menu then expect almost 2 hours for it to come to your table, when asked why staff reply that you should of come earlier. * Any issues you have with your stay are not treated as it should be, for example my shower wasn't working and the reception informed me as the hotel is fully book not much can be done so please adjust with the other rooms we have until another day and will get the issue fixed. * Room 164, besides builders were renovating another room so during the day no possible to rest in your room due to noise level. * Kitchen staff constantly banging as if your in a School and the bell ringing. Well later I found out it was for nan right next to one of our room early morning and late night. When we requested change of room, this didn't happen until the 3rd day so slept in that room for two nights with no proper rest. * 3am people playing hardcore music with the permission of the hotel, when challenged the reception they said nothing can be done as the group is departing in the morning so next night we would 100% get a better sleep that came from a manager.

Beach side property with very comfortable stay. Property is near by to tourists spots and shopping area. Welcome music by violinist Tom was excellent and he plays for special occasions.

Amazing friendly staff and the hotel is in a great location near to the beach . The rooms are nice and are kept very clean. The food is good and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

I stayed at this resort for 3 days during our EDI Alumni Reunion. Property was nice. Amenities were also good. Pls confirm the rates before booking your stay. This is good option for groups.

Absolute delight for a beautiful vacation. Beach View Resort... Good hospitality... Food is good... Loved the stay... Keep it up.

Old property so rooms and washrooms are at par, but excellent and helpful staff. Especially had great fun with Mr Ankush from the activities department.
