Amazing experience. Staff make every effort to make you feel special. I could find a hotel after long time who follows the definition that child below 3 years is complementary. For child anytime you can choose from children menu, very low spicy, nice presentation for kids

Have been going to the hotel for years and it is superb, as you would expect from Taj. However, on this occasion we had gone for their Diwali buffet dinner at Carvela, which had poor food and even poorer entertainment. It was a real disappointment for the family.

One of the best Taj property all across and definitely in Goa. People managing property are excellent and very friendly. I am with my family in this property for 2 days. Initially before coming to property, my son's had made lots of plans to visit various places in Goa, but after spending just six hours in property, they have changed their mind and now want to explore all the property facilities and want to be only in this property. I guess when next time in Goa, it will always be Taj Holiday Village & Resorts for me and my family for our stay.

Luxury at its best. The property I'd amazing with beach access from within the property. Perfect holiday place and value for money. Location wise it's in the middle of buzzing Candolim hence the party animals will love it.

The Taj Hospitality is a standard every property you go to. The location of resort is also beautiful as it touches the water. My husband and I loved the pool and the bar on the deck was a nice touch. Banyan Tree is a great place for authentic thai food. The only thing that was confusing was the live omlette counter. Somehow the eggs were not seasoned at all even after asking every day. Other than that, great family friendly property.

its traditional hotel. If you have a mood of enjoyment then do not go here. Its old people hotel. if visiting only ho one day if you like then u can extend otherwise do not take risk for longer booking cleaning and service. all things are old

We loved coming here for breakfast with friends and family the spread of always good and the service as well, we called a day in adjacent and were told that reservation was not required and we could walk in so our group of 6 adults and 1 infant did just that, and were turned away by the security guard at the gate who told us they were fool and walk ins were not welcome, it's only because I had called a day in advance and was advised it would not be an issue, that we were adamant that we would not leave and asked to speak with the duty manager so after much back and forth we were allowed in and everything from there was spot on and perfect form the breakfast to the service so overall rating is 5 but clearly there is a lack of communication between reception, reservation and security so that should be improved as having us Wait outside with the unnecessary back and forth was not a good impression
