I've been regular since 2 months now and I'm witnessing growth. The 1.5 hour sessions have a good mix of body strength, endurance, mobility, agility, complete with MMA techniques of punches, kicks, grappling and submissions. Batches run in mornings and evenings, which helps accommodate different lifestyles. The trainers are professionals and focus on proper technique as well as individual learning curves. They balance pushing us and being empathetic, which is an appreciative skill to bring. All in all, I'd recommend these classes 10/10.

This is one of the best places to be for fitness, self defence and overall wellness. The trainers are thoroughly professional and the work out schedule is most scientific and based on time tested techniques. Discipline is the core of the learning imparted here. The trainer keeps a detailed and personal note of each learner and track their progress and also teach and coach each member individually according to his or her capability and each one is given a chance to learn and grow gradually. The atmosphere or environment here is very healthy. I recommend it for all who care for their fitness and well-being

Awsome academy , before this academy I did MMA for like 9 months or take a year, but never seen such a good trainner like they have in this academy , Starting from freehand to , technical , curcuit , strength , he will guide you thorough everything

I have been training here since July '22. It's been 4 months and I can already see positive changes in my lifestyle and health. I train for mma under sourabh sir and he is the best coach you can get. He always focuses on techniques, explains us in parts about every move every takedown and always clears every single doubt no matter what. Despite the hard work, pain, muscle soreness everyday, it's worth coming to the academy and training with my team. It is truly like my second home, and the entire team there is like my family, working hard together. A game like mma truly deserves recognition here in India and I am glad to be a part of that.
