Mrityunjay Yoga class is the best yoga class in India. I joined almost 2 months ago and I have seen beautiful changes in my body. I am able to cope with mental and physical challenges in a much better way. This class has not only helped me to set a great morning routine, but this has helped me to give 1 hour to myself everyday which is extremely necessary. Manju ma'am and Preeti ma'am are the best teachers, and I'm super grateful to learn from them. Manju ma'am has extraordinary knowledge and experience in this field which makes all classes very exclusive and valuable. I can't afford to miss any yoga class now as it is a part of me now. With everyday learning experience, my body is healing which is directly affecting my work in the best possible way. Doing yoga regularly in this class has taught me to focus on my breath work and understand my body. I feel relaxed and calm after every class. They also focus helping people with diseases, must join this class. Thank you so much to Mrityunjay yoga for amazing learning opportunities from the best. Mrityunjaya yoga is the best yoga and meditation center of chhattisgarh.Different aasans and pranayam techniques with all detailing will really help you to understand your body and mind connection. Every Saturday one special class is taken by Manju mam.Saturday class is special not only because of its variety like jalneti, tratak, vaman kriya, naad yog, blind fold yoga and many other kriyas but we can heal and recover our body ourselves by doing these kriyas. I am under the guidance of Darshita jha mam, Very skilled and knowledgeable teacher, perfect example of how a good teacher should be who must know evey thing about yoga. They teach us something new everyday and they even take care of our injuries. Very calming and peaceful environment. One can find peace by going there.

I joined mrityunjay yoga class 1 week ago and I feel this is the right place for yoga.they teach not only yoga but meditation and Pranayam also, in a very effective way.they teach how to connect with your soul and I like this part most.saturday classes are so special and I like that.I feel fresh and energetic after yoga class.my sleep cycle has changed and I am so happy,I woke up at 5.00 am only for this class.I feel that I have reached the right place for yoga n meditation. An Oasis of positivity. Wonderful and skilled teachers, beautiful space, and a variety of classes that are perfect for any level of experience. I did a YTTC training but due to time constraints I could only complete Level-1. It gave me just what I was looking for: it allowed to relax, settle my thoughts and work on my mobility and flexibility. The training not only focused on the Aaasanas (physical aspect) but also on the confidence building and the spiritual and subtler aspects of personality. Manju Jha Madam's expert knowledge and vast experience in the field of Yoga makes her a great GURU! She has that gift of perception and uses it to help students to correct & improve techniques while also catering individual plans to achieve individual goals throughout each session. She also has the critical ability to challenge students while keeping the classes enjoyable, informative. This is the most holistic yoga center that i know of. Highly recommend their yoga programs, I am sure you will find the right one for you.

You've shown me that I am more than what others may think of me, and that I can rise above any obstacle that comes through my path.My sleep cycle changed after the sessions.

It was incredibly inspirational and educational...I have returned home to my family with a refreshed sense of well-being, a desire to continue to grow and to share such teachings with others. The teachers are gems, and you will feel supported the entire way. Mind, body, and soul never felt so good!
