Terrible terrible experience. They do not use a branded international product range but some local range which they say is VLCC's own, and charge you more than most boutique salons in Kolkata or in the country would. They completely mislead you with the pricing also, and only after the services are done, they reveal about additional tax elements etc. The products they used felt substandard to me and the service was also very 'blah'. Would recommend nobody to waste their time here.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! The woman in the reception who assisted me for the information, started pressurizing me to pay money instantly and also started misbehaving. She started saying that are you serious in taking the service or just introspecting. She was talking with sircasm and insult. She was not ready to give full information nor she was ready to give the plans so that i can show my family. She said if you want see here and take decision. I would say these people are with no manners and hospitality. I think they just want money and least bothered about anything else. Worst experience in my life. Visited and taken many services in life but never has been insulted like this before.
