We were given appointment by Mr Massih but later denied stating we never gave one..even shown the call received from clinic regarding appointment confirmation. On sharing our concern at the recption Ms Parvinder smiled and asked me to speak to Mr. Massih. And we waited for 1 and half hour for our turn. Absolutely mockery of the patients who has probably come for a treatment and the receptionist is smiling and making fun of this situation. Atleast be a little sensible while dealing with patients.
