It is truly a pleasure writing this review and choosing Vision Honda Calicut for my new Honda Elevate delivery. It was an amazing journey right from booking till the delivery. Initially, I took the test drive and booked my Honda Elevate at a different dealer in Calicut. The waiting period mentioned by this dealer was around 2 months, but I was keen to get my Honda Elevate delivered as soon as possible. So, I just checked with vision Honda Calicut. This is where my memorable delivery/sales experience with Vision Honda Calicut begins. I met an outstanding sales team led by team leader Ms. Anisha. When I started the conversation with her, she changed my perception on sales approaches. Her guidance towards customer satisfaction showcases her experience. She assisted us with overall sales and she was knowledgeable, navigates us through various options with courtesy and patience. I didn't do any follow ups from my side for any tasks and delivery happened as we had planned. It was a smooth process from booking the car to driving it home. All the staff are very supportive and helpful. Special thanks to Mr.Rony(accessory lead) who understood my requirements well and did his job. He did an excellent job in putting ceramic coating, floor mat installation,360 cameras and all other specified accessories. Initially, I faced issues with 360 cameras. It was not working well. I called Rony and explained the issue. He provided immediate support and the issue got fixed. Special thanks to Arjun(sales POC) : I took my vehicle delivery from Calicut but I registered my vehicle in Bangalore. When I reached Bangalore RTO office for the vehicle registration, they asked me to get one more copy of form20. I called Anisha and she pointed this concern to Arjun (sales POC). Both people were kind enough to get the document from my bank and they couriered it to me to my Bangalore address. Thank you once again to Anisha and her team for their hard work and support. Now, I am looking forward to get a seamless service experience.

They are best when it comes to sales.(took the sale by coming to my home and convincing my mother). Services are not at all satisfied. Cleaning is miserable and overall interactions with customers is poor. Not punctual, and I have reported this many time. Gave me offers for providing my car for service (free Ac cleaning, free checkup etc.) Unfortunately I gave my car again. And when I took the car for delivery it was all messed up and the bill was like higher than other service centers. When I asked the advisors why the car is not cleaned and serviced properly (my car was there for nearly 2 weeks), they said with a smiling voice, come and show the vehicle when I'm free. I guess I will have to buy a petrol pump to show them the scenario over and over, given the petrol rates. You never make a same mistake twice.the second time you make it, it is no longer a mistake.it is a choice,And there is nothing you can do to mitigate my bad experience with you guys. And don't call me asking to delete my reviews again.

Worst experience ever Am there just for my honda city mirror skull before that, I already talk with the spare guys and they just told me they don't have a counter sale they asked me for labor charges for the skull replacement and I told them that also I can pay no issues after that also I just spoiled my 2hours for the item to be delivered And they don't have sufficient manpower there to do all things and before I have done an accident repair from there but the work is too bad and replaces parts will not fixed properly having huge gaps all over the replaced parts And the customer lounge is also very bad They were not provided a water dispenser there Feeling disappointed

Got my brand new Honda City today, Thanks to Vision Honda for making this happen! Right from the first time we stepped into the showroom till the delivery of the car today, they were absolutely spot on with our queries, ensuring a hassle free vehicle selection, booking, old vehicle exchange, financing and delivery process. Today I received my Honda All new City VX CVT Automatic from Vision Honda. The whole process took 1 week and Mr Rony Joseph took the initiative to get a good price for my Ford Figo with the support of Mr. Arun ( Exchange Division) and supported me for getting all documents related to RTO, including Number and assisted in choosing good Service and Insurance packages too. As I had intimated that new Vehicle is at Vision Honda Calicut Showroom, I suggested for taking delivery from there, so I will be getting a good overview over the vehicle in various speed transmissions. Rony was eager to help me and took my Family to Vision Honda Calicut with Mr. Mubarak. He and Mubarak drove all the way from Cochin to Calicut to get the Vehicle in an auspicious time. Team Leader Mr.Lebin helped in getting me a good consumer discount too which was awesome. The Vision Honda Calicut team and Mr. Renjith professionally fixed all accessories even it was Sunday.
