Stayed there for 2 weeks for wfh vacation. Excellent internet - faced no issues even with 5 people working simultaneously and wifi available for all rooms. Big Supermarket nearby, Swiggy available. Caretaker Sagar is a great host, always reachable, will take care of all basic needs, extends help for car bookings etc and doesn't bother with silly things. We had great time there.
It was our home for almost six months during the lockdown. Surrounded by nature on 3 sides.. adjacent to this is a long road for the long runs and rides. Bambolim beach is just 5km for long distance swims. Lots of Hilly routes nearby for strength training.. the fresh breeze of air from the windows and balconies keeps you pleasant all the time .. The waste management has to be strictly followed by everyone who lives there. Afterall, it's a duty as a responsible citizen.
OK, But there is no kitchen tools, some rooms doesn't have hot water facilities. And no power back up. Be aware from lift if power fails you stay on lift only.
Not at all meant for family. Caretaker is very helpful but isn't available every time at the property. Whatever u need, don't expect it at a single shout. Pathetic experience.bathroom is outside the room. Be prepared to be a neighbour of triple sharing bachelors. It seems to be a dead property. Visit at your own risk.
This place is awesome coz it's newly constructed with good amenities. Good for a group up to 6 people. It's quiet and private with Wi-Fi, kitchen refrigerator, TV and hot water shower.
Located just off the main Dona Paula E Borges Road, Villa Magnolia makes a good base to work or holiday from. Within a 1.2 kms radius of Beaches, this house offers excellent views of the sea and surrounding countryside.

Great for family outings. Near by area is really good. Close to Dona Paula beach.
We loved how hospitable the property owners are. We just felt at home, had a great view of the sea from our room, had the best possible buffet breakfast with calm music every morning. I wish to have stayed longer in this really lovely home like stay.

A small restaurant near dona Pola view point. It is famous for authentic Goan food. We ordered butter garlic squids 10/10, prawns masala 10/10 and then the huge thali. This was yumm. This is a must visit place if you are nearby.
