Comfortable Hotel to stay with your family, the best part of the hotel is the service apartments, the room size is spacious and enough for family of 3 (1 infant). Bedroom, living room, kitchen and other all equipments we need in day to day life. If you travelling with a kid under 4 years, it is a very good option in this price bracket. It has cons as well, the staffs are too less. Only 1 security man and 1 manager who runs the hotel, so thing might get messy at time. Special mention of the lady "Priscilla" who only makes our stay comfortable and she is the only staff in the hotel who can helps us in all situations, few others are like least bothered or less aware abt things. Overall a good property just for stay.

We stayed here for couple of days. I choose villa Donna due it's location. The apartment was decent and had all the amenities. I got dirty towels when I first entered the room, but the changed it when I asked them. Overall it was a good room at a good location. When it comes to service, we did faced some issues. The call to reception was not answered more then couple of times. Overall it was a good experience.

Not to my cleaning standards, there were mold stains in the bathroom. There were no staff members on duty and most of the time the "check in" desk was empty. When we checked out, one of the persons who apparently worked there, told me that one of the pillow cases had a "stain" and wanted to charge me for it. Unacceptable!!!

Very nice apartment, and nice housekeping service everyday. The only thing that could have been better is that they do not offer breackfast and the coffee across the street was closed, and the area was far from the city centre

Beautiful apartments. Loved the decor. Clean place. Quick service and friendly staff. We threw a birthday party on the terrace which had the most amazing view. Two jacuzzis and a garden space was more than enough for the guests to relax and enough.

Wonderful service apartments. Absolute comfort and utility too. Has well stocked appliances like fridge, washing machine, oven, water purifier & sufficient kitchen utensils in case one wishes to cook in. A delectable restaurant on the ground floor- Yellow Chilli, serves some amazing Mughal & Chinese grub- but only lunch & dinner please. The staff is ever helpful, but please ask for a demo of the appliances- took us a while to figure out the settings. Piping hot/cold water for bath. They've a basement parking for the guests, but be warned- none of the guests ever park in an orderly manner & no security/guide for the same. One may have to wait for the truants to remove their car blocking yours. But all in all, a wonderful place

Clean n serene. Lovely rooms. Helpful staff. Total value for money. Only hitch is you need to be more than 5ft 6inches tall to be able to use the water filter easily.
