Friendly hospital I have ever visited. Good administration people, friendly staffs. They ll clarify our doubts without hesitation. Even the doctors are very respected towards patients. Good response. God bless.
Had the worst of experiences at Valens. The nursing staff wasn't really good at even inserting a cannula and kept complaining that it had to do with my body being dehydrated. They kept doing it until it hurt and I started crying. They then chose to use a needle directly for the drip which again they struggled and redid several times and finally the doctor has to intervene and do it on their behalf. Since I had typhoid this continued for several days as I had to take injections and drips every now and then for almost 5 days. I still am traumatized by this incident and will think twice before getting a drip.
Good hospital in this area, I was admitted for 3 days, doctors and nurses kept them under their surveillance for 24 hours, now I am healthy, Specially Dr. Satendra sir and all staff are very friendly. Ward boy help me every time for food because I've no attendance ,he also too active.
Heyyy I'm Keerthi Valens is a great hospital! Alwz put their patience first. Their policies, facilities and pricing structure are developed to provide a hassle free experience to all the patience. Especially I would like to thank DR. Satendra yadav for taking care of me and he was too friendly and a calm person. He is such a amazing character with kind person. I juz would like to thank and commend thm all for making my experience as nice as it could possibly be!
