Good to get a flat in pune. Bad roads but now improving. Slum area is present nearby which can be problem in future. Higher maintenance of flats. Parking issues are present and are badly tackled. Society people bow in front of politicians and are chatu of them.

One of my relative living in utsav residency. He face the lot of problem. there are so many problem in structure. even engineer don't know how to remove water lagging. also the sale staff changing every months and don't keep proper record of customer. even if you pay all the payment they are not able to calculate each member details. the builder is very good but the staff are not professional. for auditing single customer record they need more than 6 months.

I visited 2 week ago, Good about utsav residency is it located near ahamadnagar highway, Weekly market is just 1 minute away. From wagholy stop to utsav residency road is very bad even for walking also, but the area is under development I hope it will develop soon. Flat is good, view from flat is also good.

I was there here for upto 6 months on a rent, 1bhk,2bhk and 3bhk is also available here, hot water is available, has a gym and park and parking facility as well, best place to stay in that area.
