I have been ordering food from upasana for almost more than a year now. And to be honest, they serve actually good food. I love the sauces, the bread, and the paratha that they use. Your order can be late, but they ensure good food taste and quality. However, one piece of advice i would like to give is that they can enhance their customer management skill and also keep record of their customer's order and the food that they are getting. But apart from that on an overall basis, I would give it 4.5 stars

Very good place, very affordable prices, very tasty food. 10/10 would visit again.

Quantity is fine but Quality is not par with price. The crispy chicken was so oily not recommended.

Average food slow service the manager gets rude in times of pressure it's a small shop so dont tell me abt the atmosphere

I told them don't mix chili on my jambo roll. But they mix it green chili. Their behavior is wrost

Most 3rd class food. I have to throw it in dustbin. Waste of money. Horrible cook. They don't know how to cook. Serve uncook chicken.
