Room: We booked Deluxe view room for stay. The view of the mountain from the room is very good. Room was comfortable for stay barring couple of issues. The main door latch was not working properly and plug-in sockets were loose for mobile chargers. Food: Breakfast is very good. It is pure veg and we get lot of options to eat. Dinner food quality is below par and can be improved upon to match the quality of breakfast food. Service is very good and staff is courteous and helpful. Location is good, however approaching road to hotel was bad and affected due to recent floods.

We took the duplex rooms. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Really prompt service. Very courteous staff. There is also a kids' play area and some indoor toys for kids. The food is amazing. Their buffet has a very good spread and all the dishes are really tasty. We took breakfast and dinner buffet and it was totally worth it.

We spent 3 nights at alpine and experience is memorable. You get an excellent scenery view from their hotel. They have an excellent staff. Service given was beyond expectation and is excellent. Food is amazing as well. They serve wide variety of cuisines in their breakfast buffet. We happened to eat all our meals in their dinning hall as the price charged is also reasonable. Would love to stay at same place for our next trip to Sikkim.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Our stay was awesome, very clean and cozy rooms, food was excellent. Very polite and friendly reception desk kudos to Rittick,Shine,Twinkle,RS and Sneha. Restaurant services was very good,we being late on first day checkin they helped us alot and arranged the food even when restaurant was closed. Again kudos to manager, Rakhi and Rakesh. Also loved live singing performance from Deepraj. Location is outside of the city but offers very good view, road to hotel entry is very bad.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The hospitality was top-notch - from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive staff throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The room was impeccably clean, and the service was prompt and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Really unhappy with our stay here. 1. We booked 2 rooms and called up in the morning to inform that we would be arriving at around 3-4 and to make sure we get adjoining rooms. Once we arrived they claimed all rooms were full and gave us the rooms in different buildings. Nit just diff floors but different buildings. Having a small child and not having my inlaw in the next door room made it very very difficult. 2 we paid for the most premium room yet the joke is it is the worst and loudest. It is located below the restaurant and you cannot sleep till midnight due to constant noise . It is ridiculous they would place their premium room in this location. 3. The front desk staff is the worst. Instead of acknowledging their mistake if not giving us adjoining rooms inspite of informing in advance and giving us extra bed free of charge so my mil could stay with us they were not ready to. 4 . It is very far from any major attraction.

Lovely experience of holiday. Our kids enjoyed a lot . Resort is very spacious with different sitting and playing area. Front office staff Rachana, Ritticka and Prajwal are polite and welcoming, ready to solve all our issues

It's really a great hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean with great views. Food quality is very tasty and good. Overall services are excellent. A vegetarian hotel it is. Located in a quiet area for nature lovers.
