Visited this place to collect by loan cheques from Kodak Bank. Nice ambience and greeny place and they (securities) don't allow our vehicles inside even there is lots of space available inside the building. They simply said to park our vehicle on service road side itself.

Really they have good working space.Provided a lot of parking space with three floors of bike parking plus car parking.Near to the HCL company,Security is very strict here, less working space they gave more free space over the common area, i see only that as the disadvantage.

Missing food court, gym etc. Irrespective of many companies like Nokia, SBI, Kotak, Qualcomm etc are there. Place has sbi and standard chartered ATM which is good for employees there.

Its good environment to work without stress. To see a mother sea .that looking moment its good.

Located near HCL technologies, KANDANCHAVADI, OMR Companies like Qualcomm, Nokia are there 11 storey building.
